This is a follow up to my previous question (thank you to all who responded). First 3 photos are me. The 3rd nose is actually my sister's. I love her raised alar (natural). Can rhinoplasty replicate that? Noses 1&2 are examples of what I would like my nose to look like after the rhinoplasty. Are these outcomes possibly for me?My issues are: I would like to have a more defined supra alar crease and a reduced alar base. Please help me keep things realistic. If these outcomes are a possibility what sort of rhino techniques should I be discussing with my doctor?
