Growing breasts with hormones
Breast size is dependent upon genetics and your body mass index. The use of additional hormones -- i.e. estrogen -- in women can have dire consequences. Therefore, it is much safer to enlarge the breasts with implants.

Can estrogen make breasts grow
That's a great question and seems to make sense, intellectually. However, if it were safe and easy to increase breast volume with hormone therapy, it would be common. The reality is that taking hormones that your body does not otherwise need has many side effects, some known and some unknown. Hormones affect your whole system - mood, reproductive system, fat tissue, cancer risk, blood clotting factors, etc.... not just your breasts.

Hormones and Breast Enhancement
Most women produce the correct amount of estrogen; that is to say, their small breast size is not due to a lack of estrogen. Women with larger breasts do not have more estrogen than their smaller breasted counterparts either. Estrogen for breast enlargement?
Hormones given in doses wel beyond the normal can have unintended bad consequences. High doses of estrogen have been linked to thromboembolim (excess clotting of the blood), breast cancer and uterine cancer. There are safe methods of breast enlargement but hormones are not a healthy choice for this goal.

Hormones to grow breasts
Unfortunately taking large amounts of hormones has many negative side-effects. It is much safer and more predictable to have breast implants than it is to take hormone. Even though it sounds more 'natural' ... it is not. I would strongly advise against taking this route to get larger breasts.

Breast size and hormones
Unfortunately, genetics play an important factor in breast development. It sounds like if you want a change you owuld probably need implants.

Hormone treatment for breast enlargement risky
Hormones such as estrogen have multiple effects which may include increasing the risk of breast cancer. In most cases breast size is determined by genetics and not hormone deficiency.

Estrogen hormones and breast size
It would be nice to take a pill and grow breasts if you want them. Unfortunately that only works if your body does not make estrogen. Unfortunately if you already make estrogen and just add more your breasts will not grow but your risk of breast cancer will likely increase. Also in the male to female transsexual population the addition of estrogen does not give them enough breast tissue. Most of these patients get breast implants at some point as well.
I hope you realize that this format...
