I have 650cc silicone unders, I got them Jan 9th, 2013. I had tuberous breasts, I did not receive a lift. I felt like something shifted in my right breast. (In the photo, the side with the tattooed arm) I feel like there's a noticeable difference in look/feel...in general something feels wrong. I'm wondering if it looks like there's something wrong, if there is, it'd be because of the pocket size and not covered by the natrelle warranty thing, correct? My PS lives in California. I'm in WA.

Your implants are positioned high and although they will drop over the next few months, it is not likely they will ever adequately fill the bottom part of your breast. The lower part of your breast is constricted (which is more marked on the left side); a problem that is not uncommon in people...
There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined...
Hello and thank you for your photo and question! Your breast look just how they should for being 5 days post op. They will continue to change shape and soften as the days, weeks and months go by. I would say they don't feel soft or natural until about 2 - 3 months post op. Best of luck!
