Did I Break my Nasal Septum Fracture or Just Has Bruising?

Last night I fell in the bathroom and could only remember my head being smashed back and forth between the toilet bowl and the sink. I had a bad headache ringing in my ears went to sleep forehead cut and bloody nose. Nose is not misaligned though. I do not have any major bruising on my head or a bleeding nose but still have a headache can't breathe with my right nostril can’t keep my eyes wide open and hurt neck. However it hurts badly to blow my nose move the nasal septum at all and touch it.
