planning rhinoplasty later this year. I really want a smaller neater not pointy nose. I especially dislike my nose when I'm smiling! I am hoping to remove my hump, shorten the length, reduce the tip and get rid nostril show and hanging columella. I've noticed many patients with the hanging columella still have it after surgery? some patients who didn't have it before seem to have it! Is this because it is difficult to fix? Its important to me if it can't be fixed I don't think I will go ahead.
