Many of my patients are looking to improve their nose shape through rhinoplasty, otherwise known as a nose job. There are many different ways to reshape the nose to help create more balance in the face, including correcting flared nostrils, removing bumps and bends, correcting the overall size, and repairing a broken or misshapen nose. I also perform revision rhinoplasty for those patients who are dissatisfied or looking to correct a past nose job from another surgeon. Rhinoplasty can also help correct breathing issues from an impaired nasal air pathway; I am a certified ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist.

Cheek, Chin and Jawline Enhancement

For many patients looking to add symmetry to their face or revive their youthful features, a chin augmentation can help balance the proportions of the face. There are a few treatment options for a chin enhancement — fat transfer to the chin, a chin implant, or dermal filler — all of which I perform in my Los Angeles, California plastic surgery practice. Chin implants or bone grafting is a permanent solution used for those patients with an underdeveloped chin to create a structure for a stronger appearance. Alternately, patients can opt for an autologous fat transfer to the chin. This is a long-lasting solution with a fat survival rate of 70%, an increase from the standard 50% in-part due to my method of purifying the harvested fat tissue, then enriching it with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to produce greater outcomes. For a temporary solution, patients can opt for dermal filler.

Fillers and Other Injectables

One of my specialties is using fillers and other injectables in my Los Angeles office. I use fillers to help create subtle improvements in a patient’s appearance by diminishing the look of wrinkles, creases, fine lines, hollowness, and other imperfections. Injectables like Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, and Sculptra can subtly reshape the face and restore a more youthful appearance with little to no discomfort, no downtime, immediate and long-lasting results, and no surgery. I also offer fat transfer injections, PRP therapy, NovaThreads, lip injections, and many more non-invasive cosmetic options at my Brentwood practice.
