Kian Karimi, MD, FACS

So far I have only had experience with Dr Karimi for fillers, but I went to him after experiencing an issue with filler from a previous provider which caused some issues, somehow displaced etc. He was super kind and used ultrasound to help figure out what was going on and provided a surgical quote. I felt well cared for. I did get the surgery elsewhere eventually, but Dr. Karimi also did an excellent job giving me HA and Renuva filler in other areas of my face and body. Despite a fancy and busy looking office, Dr. Karimi has been warm, confident yet humble, and caring. He somehow manages to spend close time with all his staff at his bustling office, too. His team has always left a good impression on me with their expertise and kindness, and I intend to visit again.

Dr. Karimi and his team are absolutely exceptional. His talent, integrity, kindness, and willingness to truly communicate set him apart in every way. I came to Dr. Karimi with a very serious nasal valve collapse. I had struggled to breathe through my nose for the past couple of years and was waking close to 100 times a night because of it. I knew I needed a highly skilled surgeon, and after extensive research, I felt confident that Dr. Karimi was the most qualified to handle what ultimately proved to be an extremely complex surgery that few surgeons could have performed successfully. At the same time, I had undergone a facelift about 14 months earlier that left me with some issues under my jaw and noticeable hollowness around my eyes. Dr. Karimi thoughtfully discussed all available options with me. Together, we created a comprehensive plan: reconstruct the inside of my nose, performed a revision submentoplasty, and add fat grafting and nanofat around my eyes, neck, and face to restore balance and softness. Before surgery, I was in regular contact with his nurse, Micaela, who is warm, calm, highly competent, and incredibly responsive. During my pre-surgical appointment, I came in with many questions, and Dr. Karimi was fully present. He addressed each concern thoroughly and patiently, which gave me tremendous confidence and peace of mind. The most shocking moment came immediately after surgery. Despite the discomfort that comes with such a complex procedure, I woke up and could breathe. It was almost surreal. After years of struggling, the difference was instant. While recovery has not been easy - as expected with a surgery of this magnitude- I have never once doubted that I chose the right surgeon. Now six weeks out, I am breathing better every single day. There is still swelling, but Dr. Karimi showed me a video taken immediately after surgery so I could see the intended shape before swelling set in. Even now, while healing, everything looks natural and very presentable, and it continues to improve daily. The area under my chin remains somewhat swollen but is already significantly smoother and better than before. The fat grafting under my eyes corrected the hollowness beautifully and subtly - I look refreshed, not altered. The results feel harmonious and thoughtful. What stands out just as much as his surgical ability is Dr. Karimi’s level of care. He treats his patients with seriousness and compassion, understanding how emotional and vulnerable these decisions can be. His collaborative approach makes you feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. I truly wish I had chosen him for my original facial surgery. His combination of technical brilliance and genuine humanity is rare. I have already recommended him to friends with complicated nasal issues, and I would confidently recommend him for facial surgery as well. To be in the hands of a surgeon this talented - who genuinely cares and takes his work so seriously - is a gift. I am incredibly grateful, and I know my quality of life and athletic ability will continue to improve now that I can finally breathe again.

The photo speaks for itself. Dr. Karimi is the best. There is no close second. My first rhinoplasty left me with a horrible hanging columella that was pointed downward and looked so bad when I smiled. Dr. Karimi fixed this and did a wonderful job. I was swollen for over a year, but that's because I was eating like garbage. Once I cleaned my diet, the swelling went down, my skin improved, and I started glowing more. Dr. Karimi is a Leo and it shows. He is so caring and sweet. Every time I see him, which has only been a few times, I feel like I'm meeting with a good friend from a past life. He's truly a bright light of a human. Before my procedure I was quiet, because I am a shy person. My eyes were a bit teary but nothing I think he would have noticed. After he made the marks on where he'd cut, he gave me a hug and told me he'd take care of me. To this day when I think about that hug I cry. I was a stranger to him and he had no reason to be so kind. I already paid, I've had plenty of surgeries / procedures and no provider ever hugged me. His hug felt so genuine and a lot like hugs from my dad - even though my dad passed many years ago. I felt so cared about and protected. Also he's so funny. Because I had a horrible diet I was allergic to everything and he made me laugh about it instead of freaking out. I adore that man. Great human. Great surgeon. He's the way to go. Just stop eating bad food as early as you can. The recovery and swelling and everything else will be way better.

The staff was wonderful—very nice, patient, and supportive. Sherry, the office manager, was especially kind and helpful, making me feel comfortable and cared for. The office is pretty, clean, and beautifully remodeled.

I had a great experience with Dr. Karimi! I felt very comfortable and safe. Definitely would come back. It was my first time trying DAXXIFY, and appreciated that the product doesn't contain human or animal byproducts, like other products do

This review is long overdue. I went to see Dr. Kian a few months ago, and I had a wonderful experience. From the beginning, he took the time to patiently explain everything to me, answer all of my questions and make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. He told me what to expect, and how the how long to wait to make sure everything was settled in. I loved my results. It all looked very natural and nobody could tell that I had gotten work done. I just looked refreshed and youthful. I look forward to going back to him for future services.

I was recommended Dr. Kian Karimi by my dermatologist. At first I was very nervous to go through with the procedure (septoplasty and a rhino to fix a very deviated septum,) but he made me feel extremely comfortable during the consultations, before surgery and post-recovery. He is an expert doctor with results that triumphed all my expectations. My nose is fully functional and breathing, something that I had never experienced before my teens, and it looks gorgeous and straight. He is kind and has great bed side manner, and compared to my experience with most other doctors, he is extremely warm and caring. I could not recommend him more. It goes without saying but his expertise, experience and credentials, delivered results that were unimaginable to me. He is a life changer. It sometimes takes a lot out of me to blindly trust the process, but I am already almost 5 months post-op and so happy that I took the chance. Like I said, I could not recommend him more.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karimi and his nurses/staff. I did a lot of research to find the right doctor for me. I have been wanting to have my nose done for a very long time, but wanted to make sure it looked completely natural. I had been following Dr. Karimi on his instagram and what I loved most about him was how his work was so natural and didn’t look overdone. My consultation went great and he is such a nice person and easy to talk to. Surgery went smoothly, no pain whatsoever. Would recommend Dr. Karimi to anyone who wants a beautiful, natural look!

I am beyond thrilled with the results of my rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Karimi. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. In my consultation, he knew exactly what to change to give me the nose I envisioned, and it's better than I could have expected. The recovery was better and easier than I imagined it would be, and I have received nothing but compliments on how my nose looks. Dr. Karimi and his team took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and post-op care, and answered all questions I had ahead of the surgery. I cannot recommend Dr. Karimi enough.

After my years of contemplation about having a lower neck/face lift I finally made the decision to do it this past August. I have been getting injectables and other treatments from Dr. Karimi for over 10 years. What I love about Dr. Karimi, besides the fact that he is just fun to work with, is his honesty. Over the years he has told me "no" when I wanted something he felt was unnecessary and never pushed anything at me. He had been telling me for a while that my aging face had reached it limits as far as filler and the only real solution was a deep plane neck & face lift (plus full face fat transfer, upper & lower blepharoplasty, and a BBL Halo laser treatment). He was right. I was nervous about being under a general anesthetic for as long as I was (8 hours!) but I came out of that just fine. The first 4-6 days were a bit of a journey, but no pain. Just discomfort, swelling, etc., etc. His nurse, Michelle was & is amazing and answered all of my neurotic questions quickly. Overall it was a terrific experience, and now that I am coming up on 8 weeks and back to all of my normal activities, I am only left with some numbness, some quickly fading scars that aren't even visible, and lots of compliments! from those who know I had the procedure. Those didn't know have said nothing except your skin looks great. Highly recommend Dr. Karimi.
