The area just right of the nasal tip that can be seen face-on, has torn. The nasal tip is slightly drooping inwards/downwards now. It appears that the rip has caused the cartilage to drop, and there is now a piece of cartilage sticking out just below the nasal tip (the edge of the cartilage that was part of the alar cartilage before it was torn). The cartilage is easily movable now, and there is a thin indent between the tear and where the cartilage has now fallen. Can this be fixed?

I would advise against using the nose clip until having it inspected by your surgeon. Allow your surgeon to inspect the device and your nose to see if it may have any therapeutic benefit. The larger appearance to the tip of the nose is likely due to swelling that will gradually settle on its own.
Dear LP03,
Thank you for your excellent clinical question and, in fact,
vomiting after rhinoplasty is not uncommon.
There are several reasons for this, but the two most common would be a
reaction of nausea and vomiting to the use of narcotic medication. Narcotics, although good for pain,...
I would advise against any revision in your case. The asymmetry of the nostrils that you see is very subtle and you are probably the only person that notices this. I do not think the very small benefit a revision might offer outweighs the risk of harming an otherwise very nice result. Enjoy...
