I got a rhinoplasty in 2011 and since then my hair has been so dry. If I knew my hair would be changed I never would have gotten the surgery. Its been 2 years so I think this is permanent. Is it from the anesthesia or is something else to blame? Thanks

It is certainly acceptable to undergo a hair transplant under local anesthesia and rhinoplasty under general anesthesia within a of couple weeks of each other. Choose your surgeon wisely and make sure you look at their photo gallery
Thank you for the post and your photo. I agree with what the others have said -- the key thing to determine is what size and shape of nose will be most appropriate for your face. Examining your picture, it looks like some improvement could be made in terms of the bulbous tip and wide base....
