I plan to have two surgeries in my holiday. A hair transplant under local anesthesia on the 6th of January and a Rhinoplasty under general anesthesia on the 15th of January. Will it be safe or would there be any anesthesia risks?

Thank you for the post and your photo. I agree with what the others have said -- the key thing to determine is what size and shape of nose will be most appropriate for your face. Examining your picture, it looks like some improvement could be made in terms of the bulbous tip and wide base....
Even without a nose operation, bloody noses can happen from some trauma to the fragile nose mucosa. If the air flow is more turbulent than laminar ( smooth) then congestion can build up and the mucosa can become dry and more prone to bleeding. This is why you can get a nose bleed with a cold...
