Typically hairloss from stress and diet are not permanent. Normally it’s just the follicle rushing through the hair cycle and shedding. Permanent hairloss is genetic and begins with the shrinking of the hair not just shedding.
You need an examination to understand why you are losing hair before considering treatment options. Homeopathy probably will not grow back hair but it probably will not hurt either.
After yanking out a hair, a new hair gets produced within 2-3 weeks. In response to your second question, it's not possible to state the cause of increased shedding without seeing your scalp up close and knowing your history from A to Z and seeing all your blood tests.
