Juvederm, Prevelle Silk, Restylane, and Cosmoderm are the best filler for those fine peri-oral radiating smoker/lipstick lines. Radiesse in this area can cause lumping. The constant movement can cause both Sculptra and Radiesse to lump around the mouth. A little Botx also goes a long way to improve these lines.
