Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, or Perlane can provide long-lasting, natural-looking results in the lips. Prevelle Silk is a hyaluronic acid filler I also like. Prevelle Silk doesn't last as long as other hyaluronic acid fillers, but the price is lower and people can leave the office and go out on the town looking great. Prevelle can be a nice choice for 1st time users. For permanent lip augmentation, I use autologous fat grafting.
