There are different tools that different plastic surgeons use to do liposuction. some use ultrasound, others use "PAL" or power-assisted , some use conventional only. i like to use ultrasonic with conventional, but i do not believe that others who use different methods don't get equally good results. Good results come from good surgeons who know what they are doing and using those tools which they have found to best serve them.
It's the surgeon, not the equipment, that will determine the success of your liposuction procedure!
I am surprised that you had much downtime with that procedure. That is unusual and hopefully won't happen again this time. Good luck.
