Is there a permanent non-surgical Rhinoplasty?

We don't use permanent fillers because of reports of reactions to the products currently in use. Radiesse as a 12-18 month filler can be used and we have had no problem with it.

Fillers are used to fill depressions and most noses require removal of cartilage, bone or soft tissue. Therefore, indications for non-surgical rhinoplasty are limited.

There are several alternatives for a non-surgical rhinoplasty.  Permanent alternatives would include silicone or ArteFill; however, these are generally not recommended due to late inflammatory problems that may arise.  Safer non-surgical options for temporary fillers include Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiesse.  These fillers can give an instant rhinoplasty and are best suited for those who require a 'larger' nose or who have a bump or hump on the nose or to correct minor irregularities or asymmetries.
