Different surgeons may use differing techniques, and recovery restrictions will likewise vary as well. Generally, you will be restricted in the amount of time you may sit, and in which position, for a few weeks. You will need to limit your activity as well, and to wear a support garment continuously for a variable length of time. Most daily household activities (with the above restrictions) may be returned to within a few days in most cases.
