It would be unlikely that you have experienced a surgical problem in both eyes simultaneously.
I agree with possible adverse medication reaction.
You did not mention this but DID YOU HAVE BOTOX INJECTED AT THE SAME TIME? When Botox is injected near a surgical site (which is frequently requested by my patients undergoing other surgical procedures), it can spread far beyond the surgical site. IF you had your forehead injected, it could have spread to your eyes. In this event, it could last 3-5 monts. There are some eyelid muscle stimulating eyedrops which could provide partial relief in this unique instance.
After seeing your surgeon, if you are not comfortable, I would seek evaluation by an opthalmologist.
