10 Lbs of Weight Gain Right After Breast Aug. & Liposuction, Is This Normal?

I had & liposuction (hips, thighs, & knees) & the morning after the procedure I was up 10lbs. I did not have any drainage from my incisions after the procedures. My PS said 3 liters was infused and about 3 liters removed. I am a little less than a week out & have only lost 2lbs.I've been wearing my garmet 24hrs/day, increased my water intake, & resting & walking. What’s the best way to help lose the water weight & is it all water weight?
