I am not sure how to post on this website but I am very seriously considering doing the procedure. I met with the doctor last week, and this was my 2nd consultation. I liked the doctor a lot and his nurse I am thinking that I like anywhere from 300-350cc saline under the muscle. Anyone else out there that is about the same size as me with the same size implants?? Updated on 21 Apr 2015: If you are in doubt, go with Dr. Aquadro. His patient coordinator and nurse are wonderful, reassuring and go the extra mile. He is honest, up front and has a compassionate demeanor which makes for a wonderful augmentation experience overall. Worth every ounce of pain after surgery and all the discomfort, as well. I went smaller than what I think would be normal for my build but it totally fits my personality. I still haven't bought a bra yet, but did buy a swim suit. One of mine sits a little higher but that is because of the amount of breast tissue that was in place before surgery. Daily, I try to push the implant down into the pocket like the doctor recommended. If you are in the Auburn, AL area.... My vote is for Dr. Trey Aquadro and East Alabama Plastic Surgery. I had my implants for 12 years and nursed one child. The girls were not perky like they used to be. It was time for a new set! I interviewed multiple doctors and decided that Dr. Aquadro was the perfect surgeon for the job! He was direct and honest with me about what to expect from my surgery. I wanted a bigger size but also wanted the perky, youthful appearance. Together, we decided on a silicone high profile implant the would be perfect for what I wanted along with a small lift. He made me feel comfortable in my decision and never tried to influence me like other doctors had in the past. I felt like Dr. Aquadro really understood what I was looking for and wanted nothing but my happiness in the end. It has been 6 weeks and I am beyond ecstatic with my results!! I love the way the new implants sit, the size, everything! They are perfect!! I had the small lift, as mentioned, and the surgical work was impeccable! I know with some tender love and care I will not be able to see my scars in another couple months. I am beyond impressed with the outcome and am happier everyday with the results as my new breasts settle into my body. I cannot thank the whole East Alabama Plastic Surgery team and Dr. Aquadro for their amazing care. I felt like a truely valued patient and would go back for all my plastic surgery needs!!
