I am still confused why some say recovery is grueling following a corset plat. Are they referring to the original, Dr. Feldman's procedure which is stitched all the way down the front of neck verses one that is stitched to just above the Larynx? Please help!!!!

I find it interesting that the majority of before/after photos of necklift procedures always depict the patient in 2 completely different head positions. In the "before" pose they lower their head and retract the chin in order to emphasize the sagging jaw and neck area. Extremely poor results, worse than pre-op. In pre-op appts I clearly, repeatedly said I did NOT want any lipo. Was performed anyway, so much fat removed that other PSs say revision difficult, also need fat grafts. Original PS says will consider refund, asks that I write him a letter.
