The ABFPRS requires physicians to meet a defined standard of knowledge, education and training and pass a series of examinations in order to be certified in Facial Plastic Surgery. "Dr L is the "face guy" in Seattle. To be honest, I really don't remember a lot of the rating questions; I'm a pretty assertive person and if someone isn't answering my questions or spending enough time with me or whatever then I'm able to make sure I get what I need. He's the best."
