i am amazed at the detail and work that went into my facelift! i have learned to trust her skill and eye in what will look good. I am so thankful I found her. I highly recommend her, the staff are so helpful, and everybody is so kind! i felt very taken care of and that's so important going through a procedure like that. I'm only 3 weeks into my recovery and feeling stronger every day. I did have some swelling, but hardly any bruising!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Henderson and her entire staff. After seeing her for a couple years over some aging concerns, I opted for an upper and lower blepharoplasty and lipostructure in my cheeks. I appreciated her honesty and care she took towards my appearance - she made me feel beautiful about myself even prior to the procedures. The operation itself was absolutely flawless; she made sure I was completely comfortable prior to starting and her staff took great care of me post surgery. I could not be more happy with the results; she has an absolutely perfect touch and my eyes and cheeks came out looking wonderful and very natural - just younger! Dr. Henderson has a very comforting, sweet personality. I cannot recommend her and the staff at Cavalon Aesthetics highly enough. You will not be disappointed in the personal, attentive care you receive here.

Dr Henderson and the staff at Cavalon Aesthetics have always been friendly and welcoming, patient comfort is clearly a priority. Dr Henderson has helped me achieve a more youthful appearance with very precise and artful application of filler, botox and dysport, I am so happy with the outcomes. I also appreciate the time she spends with me each session to make sure all of my questions are answered. She is fantastic.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received at Cavalon Aesthetics. I had a lift surgery of my lower face and neck by Dr. Henderson. She has been absolutely wonderful. It’s clear from her resume that she is a super skilled and experienced surgeon; but she is also an excellent communicator, an excellent listener, and very compassionate. She spent plenty of time with me ahead of my procedure, making sure I knew exactly what to expect and answering all my questions. Her staff are all friendly, professional, and competent as well. It strikes me as a well run practice. There is a lot of aftercare and healing after a procedure like I had, but I feel well taken care of, and I am so glad I did it. I definitely chose the right doctor!

Dr Henderson's level of professionalism is only outdone by her level of experience. She performed rhinoplasty and septoplasty on my nose which had been quite badly injured some years earlier in an accident. Her corrective surgery not only made breathing through my nose possible again, it also made the appearance of my nose look very good and natural. Her attention to detail and as well as her skill, lead to a very positive outcome for me, one which I am quite happy with. She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her to anyone, due to her dedication and the expert level of care and skill, which she provides in a very personable manner.

Excellent. Though I live in Seattle and must take a ferry (and half a day in travel) to see her, I would not trust any other doctor with my botox! She is also an excellent surgeon. The results of her procedures (facelifts, eye lifts) are the best I've ever seen, and I've referred two very picky friends to her. I would never go anywhere else now.

Dr. Henderson is a brilliant artist - restoring a youthful look to my face with minimal invasive treatment. Her touch is very subtle and extremely effective. Everyone in her office is very professional and focused on creating a positive experience for patients.

Went back for botox and had more restylane filler was added to marionette lines while I was there. Botox has not kicked in yet, but I like how the filler looks. Was lucky to have no bruising except injection sites on lips!

My experience was excellent. Doctor and staff have been very compassionate, friendly and happy. I feel very relaxed in the office. I am trans so this was very important to me. I never felt any lack lack of compassion. I never feel any lack of respect and am always correctly as indicated by my trans identity.

Dr Henderson is fantastic! I have seen her for my Botox as well as Kybella chin treatment. Botox turned out great and I am already seeing a difference with the Kybella. She does great work and her staff is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend
