Dr Pratt and staff were very caring, and made sure all questions I had were answered. So far even with swelling I can see what my new breast will look like- perfect

I felt very comfortable going through my procedure with Dr. Pratt. With years of experience he is confident in his practice and very personable. My only concern before surgery was going with saline vs. silicone. Dr. Pratt and his staff were very informative and did not pressure me at all in my final decision, in fact they helped clarify a lot of concerns I had. I met with them I think 2 or 3 times before going through with the surgery. They were always available to answer my questions whether it be by phone or through e-mail, when I forgot to bring anything up when I met with them. In the end, I am very happy with my results (it has been about 6 months). They followed up with me quite a bit post surgery to make sure I was doing well. I have since recommended Pratt Plastic surgery to several friends for other procedures. You won't regret choosing Dr. Pratt!

Dr. Pratt and his staff were so kind and patient with me. They understood my fears and were very personable and caring. I'd definitely recommend them. They even sent me flowers after I got home from surgery!

I don't think I have ever met or interacted with any physician with a better bedside manner than Dr. Pratt. The same holds true for his nurse, Sarah, and entire staff. I felt extremely confident in his medical expertise, but also felt that he took the time to listen and understand me as a patient and person. I think the ability to built rapport with patients is especially important when dealing with an issue that has a more personal component, such as a breast augmentation. Not only did I feel comfortable during discussions and exams with Dr. Pratt, but my husband did as well (I think this says a lot!). His office even took the time to send flowers following surgery, and gave every indication that they genuinely cared about how I was feeling! I trust Dr. Pratt completely to do what is best, and for me, that's what really matters.

I have seen Dr. Pratt on more than one occasion and each time I'm impressed. The service that I receive is outstanding, but more importantly the knowledge and expertise that Dr. Pratt has is by far the best. I was unsure on a lot of aspects of my procedure and Dr. Pratt patiently talked me through several of those concerns. The details Dr. Pratt provided for before, during and after the procedure and when we discussed things he told me why we were doing them the way he suggested. For those concerns I was still unsure of I completely trusted Dr. Pratt and left the remaining decisions in his hands and I couldn't be happier with my results.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the dr and his staff. Everyone made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. The two front desk women made me feel like their little sister. These people are all truly awesome people and i am so happy they will be a part of my journey. The dr's work is awesome. He seemed to be such a gentle man which just made me relaxed and calm.. He also has an awesome nausea plan which really caught my attention. Hes all about treating his patients as he would want to be treated. I really dig that.

Dr Pratt does not offer the option of silicone implants which is what I originally wanted. However I was convinced by all of his very natural looking work. He does not do the overdone stripper look. He is extremely sensible and very detail-oriented, takes tons of measurements. I did not expect him to be able to make my breasts look as good as they do now. It's one thing to make a nice pair of small breasts into a nice pair of larger breasts, but a whole other challenge to take saggy deflated stretched out breasts and mold them back into something very pleasing. What makes him a good surgeon is the fact that he doesn't let his patients call all of the shots. He is an expert and we the consumers are not. If you request something that will not give you an optimal result, he will not do it. He is the most expensive surgeon I consulted with but I only have one body and I'm not about to cut corners on something this important. This was a combined breast lift with implants, by the way. Scheduling was challenging at times and I was juggled around a bit. In the end though, I am happy with my results and that is what counts. I have gone back to Dr Pratt for several other procedures (tummy tuck, arm lift) for this reason.
