Starting with my very first appointment with Dr. Scott I knew I had chosen the right Dr for my breast reduction. Dr. Scott from the very beginning was always there to answer my questions. His calm and professional manner was a key to helping me feel comfortable and excited about the end results, which are FABULOUS! I am so happy with my results. I knew my back would feel better but I had no idea it would feel better so quick after my surgery. The staff was also very comforting and professional. I would recommend everything about my experience to anyone. Dr. Scott and his team ROCK!

I found Dr. Scott through online searches and chose him based on his credentials and before and after photos. His work was excellent and tasteful unlike other surgeons I researched. I sent an email inquiring about a consultaion on the weekend and received a call from Dr. Scott himself on a Sunday.I felt that this was extremely personal and it made me feel comfortable with the possibility that my cares and concerns would be first priority with Dr. Scott. I live an hour and a half away from Everett and felt that this was the place to go regardless of the commute.

"Integrity, Compassion, Quality" is what's written on Dr. Scott's website homepage. I can say that I definitely experienced all three virtues throughout my journey. There was always another female present and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward. I felt I could trust Dr. Scott and his integrity was always present. My husband and I asked a lot of questions, Dr. Scott showed his compassion and understanding through every concern of ours. Beginning with the first phone call from Dr. Scott, through each office visit and then throughout the procedure and follow up, quality was the underlying theme. I feel I was truly cared for throughout the whole journey and with each person I interacted with.

Dr. Scott and his assistant Jessica are so attentive and ready and willing to answer any and all questions, no matter how trivial and they made myself and my husband feel like we were the only ones being taken care of. Dr. Scott is a very caring doctor with a phenomenal bedside manner. Jessica and Dr Scott also returned calls in record time! I will recommend them to anyone that needs a plastic surgeon! Thanks!
