Dr. Marafat did body sculpting on me and I am more than pleased. He did my neck, belly, hips and inner thighs. After everything healed, I was able to lose additional weight. His work and bedside manner are the best in the business. I will return for more work.

I got a rhinoplasty with Dr. Saeed Marefat. The day I got my cast removed I had tears of joy. Dr. Marefat had fixed my concerns with my nose like he said he would and made it look just the way I was hoping it to. I could not be happier with my results and the entire process. Before going through this experience with Dr. Marefat, I was not really comfortable with plastic surgery and was dreading it. However, I would do the whole thing over again in a heartbeat. I will definitely be doing all my future injections and surgeries with him. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone. 10/10 experience!

I came back to see Dr. Marefat two years after doing micro-needling, and the doctor recommended facial fat transfer. He did the procedure in his own surgery suite during a 3 hour session. I was fully awake with local anesthesia, experienced very little pain; I would say the most uncomfortable part was liposuction of the belly and stomach which he needed to do to harvest the fat. He then puts it in a centrifuge to separate the pure fat to injecting it into the strategic spots that he marked earlier. In my case the sides of my eyes had thinned out and my smile lines were pronounced so injecting the pure fat into these spots effectively eliminated these. I am very quick to get bruised so I was prepared with Arnica, which you take as pellets under the tongue. I also used icepacks the first 24 hours. The first week my swelling was substantial and I followed the instructions of sleeping with pillow propped up which is not very comfortable but I got used to it. The swelling slowly decreased but my bruise marks lasted longer, fading just after 2 weeks. The Physicians Formula foundation recommended to me was great in covering up the bruising, and now after 3 weeks I don't use any foundation as both swelling and bruises have completely disappeared. Random strangers have commented on how smooth my skin looks, a great by product of the fat transfer which not only eliminates lines and wrinkles but also boosts the collagen production which slows down with age. I went back to see the doctor 2 days after the procedure, then a week later and on the 2 week mark. I am scheduled to see him at the 4th week point and am excited as he will show me the before and after pictures. Dr. Marefat is truly a master surgeon, Board Certified and competent not just in the technique but as an artist. He is very calm and his bedside manners helps even the most nervous of patients like myself. Thank you Dr. Marefat!!

Hello I had a disease in my mouth called Pyogenic granuloma is a relatively common, reactive proliferation of capillary blood vessels. I went to this clinic a month ago. Dr. Saeed Marefat a plastic surgery take care of me and he was so kind and friendly. I did the surgery in the same day that I have the appointment. everything was great and I don't have any blisters on my mouth now. My lips go back normal again. Thanks to him again. I would like to recommend this doctor to anybody who needs a plastic surgery.

Today I had Hip Implants put in by Dr. Marefat, as while I have a nice butt I do not have hips which I desire. I was skeptical at first because there's not a lot Hip Implant reviews out there, but Dr. Marefet assured me it'd be very trans-formative procedure for me as I lacked hips. Updated on 21 Jun 2019: I added some before pictures and some post-op pictures. I apologize for the "before" pics being nude and the "afters" are clothed; i'll put some better pictures soon. I am now 2 days post-op! Also in my PostOp pictures, my right hip implant is a little asymmetrical, that's because that side got extra stitches to maintain the pocket that was created. It'll fix itself after those stitches come out :) Updated on 25 Jun 2019: This will be the last update as there seems to be no interest whatsoever. So I won't be adding the additional photos and will delete the ones from 2 days post op as soon as I can because they are just not great photos. Recovery has been going well, things are moving along nicely and despite the swelling I think the final product will look fantastic. If anyone cares for updates feel free to post and I can share. As of right now I'm still "Not Sure" but will be probably change to "worth it" when its all healed up and done :) Updated on 19 Jul 2019: Im almost 1 month post op! Thanks for the comments ill be posting more pics soon. I was hoping for the drains to be out by now before i took pics but they are still in bc there's still some drainage. Ugh. Stay tuned! Updated on 20 Jul 2019: I wanted to give you all something after I saw some interest in my hip augmentation surgery. Here is a before and after shot for you to see :) During recovery thus far there was one hiccup where the left drain came out :( So had to do a mini surgery to put back in which went fine (this was at 1-2weeks postop). But it did cause the swelling to prolong. I hope to have the drains out very soon, they're kinda a pain in the ass but I've learned to deal with them. I will have better pics as well, just wanted to share this for those that had posted interest the past few weeks.

Dr Marefat was able to accomplish more than I anticipated possible. Wonderful results with my rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and facial fat grafting. I'm 65 years old and I not only look much younger, but have much finer features. Even the overall shape of my face and head greatly improved.

I highly recommend Dr. Marefat for anyone looking for an expert plastic surgeon. He has done multiple procedures on me including rhinoplasty/ septoplasty, fat grafting, laser treatment, cosmetic injections, and scar removal. All had fantastic, natural looking results. Throughout each visit in his office, I met other patients of his who were pleased with the outcome of the treatments they had received from him. Micro needling when combined with radio frequency laser takes about an hour a good part of which is the numbing. It was still somewhat painful and thankfully the doctor was superb and was able to reduce the pain with numbing injection as well as cream. The procedure itself was about 35 minutes and using a device with tiny micro needles on it, Dr. Marefat went over my face three times carefully addressing the problem areas around the mouth and chin.

I had multiple procedures done and I am writing this review to say that I had a great experience with Dr. Marefat and his friendly, helpful staff. I had a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and fat grafting, which I had to get done because I had cancer. Dr. Marefat made sure I was comfortable at each step of the process, and explained to me clearly what I was to expect, and I am very happy with the results! Thank you Dr. Marefat and your awesome team! Based off my personal experience, I surely recommend Dr. Marefat and his staff!!!!!

I have had two treatments for laser hair removal at Metropolitan Plastic surgery, and I can't stop singing Roya's praises. I have previously had good treatments in other places, but several bad experiences recently too. I'm so glad I found this practice! I will be going back and I definitely recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal. The procedure was very comfortable, thanks to their cooling yag machine. She understands black skin and was knowledgeable about treatment results and side effects. Their pricing is also great! I am yet to meet Dr. Marafat, but I feel encouraged to seek a consultation for other treatments. Thanks Roya!
