I met a woman in a restaurant restroom who saw me fretting over my eyes and told me I had to go see Dr. Hugo. I never got her name, but I have been a dedicated patient for over 10 years.

Doctor and staff were very pleasant starting with first phone call. Dr. Hugo spent an hour with me making sure all my questions were answered so I could make an educated decision. Surgical staff were caring and professional. After the procedure Dr. Hugo and/or his nurse, Pat, called me everyday to check and see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Top notch service!

Dr. Hugo was very thorough and honest in his consultation. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. Even when I called back for ones I had forgotten to ask. His staff was very kind and professional. I really felt like they truly cared about me. I was able to use Care Credit so that was very helpful to me.

From my first phone call to my post-op visits I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Hugo and his whole staff made me feel like I was part of their family. My initial consultation was over 1 hour with Dr. Hugo himself! Other consults I went to I spent 15 minutes with doctor. Dr. Hugo's office staff took a lot of time with me and made sure my questions were answered so I could make the best decision. Everyone knew my name and made me feel welcome in the office. I entered through a private door for my post visits to give me some privacy from waiting room eyes. During my after visits I saw Dr. Hugo, not just his nurse (who is also great). I went to see 3 different doctors before I made my choice. There was nothing missing from my experience. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
