I had a mastopexy or breast lift done with Dr. Hugo like almost 20 years ago and still beautiful til today. He did a phenomenal job and I thank him for it everyday. He is very professional and they have a very good bedside manner. His staff were very helpful, overall I love it.

I'll start by saying that I love this practice. I initially started getting Botox there probably 5 years ago and have been happy with my results. Ever the perfectionist, I became interested in CoolSculpting two years ago and asked Pat about it. I had a lengthy consult with Dr Hugo and I remember him downplaying the expected results. He underpromised and over delivered; During the fat-freezing, Chrissy pampered me; I felt like I was at a spa. I am exceptionally happy with my results and even went back for other areas. coolsculpt works! Thank you Dr Hugo!, Pat and Chrissy for helping me to age more gracefully.

The staff is kind and informative, and they are very easy to talk to. Both Pat and Doctor Hugo are sensitive to my concerns and my fears! I love them and will continue to use their services as long as possible. I come all the way from North Carolina to have them work on me. My mother and sister also love their renewed natural youthful touches!

I had the DOT fractional CO2 Laser procedure done by Dr. Ben Hugo in Virginia Beach, VA. He is a very caring, competent and talented cosmetic surgeon. His specialty is a very natural look. With this laser treatment, you get a wonderful soft rejuvenation with a non surgical procedure. This procedure is a good value because the cost covers the entire face, upper and lower eyelids, neck and chest so that there is no line visible where the treatment stops. The recovery time is about a week and the results get better over the next few months. I get compliments every day about how good I look and how "I don't seem to have aged!" It doesn't get better than that!

Although a little painful (especially around certain areas such as lips and eyes) because the tranquilizer didn't really work for me, the results are worth it! I have had this procedure twice now after using an imiquimod to attack actinic keratosis. I couldn't be happier with the way my skin looks afterward! There is a noticeable difference with fine lines and sun spots. My skin appears smoother and brighter. I'm not taking forever and a day to cover up places on my face that shouldn't be there!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hugo's for over a decade and have to say that him and his staff are always wonderful! In my late 30's I started with Botox to soften fine forehead and brow lines. Pat is amazing and for the past couple of years she has injected a touch by my eyebrows that gives me a more arched eyebrow. Thank you Pat, I always love my visits and our conversations. BRIEF HISTORY : I'm 34 yrs old .Weight 115 lbs . height 5.6 . Good Shape. Active person.MY TUMMY,MY NIGHTMARE : I have always been thin and I have always kept myself active, however I have always had this problem with my Tummy and I never wear a bikini .COOLS: I was the perfect candidate ( Healthy eating, gym everyday etc...) . I saw pictures and videos and I knew that THIS PROCEDURE is different for each person. However I decided to try. Going on 20 Days and I started to see the results. My tummy is a bit smaller but I know I have a long way to go Updated on 20 Apr 2015: APRIL 20.2015 20 DAYS After Coolsculpting : I don't have pain anymore. Even before the pain wasn't that bad at all. However the Doctor and the nurse prepared me for the worst. My tummy seems a bit smaller and my pants are fitting better in that area! I'm so excited to see the full results In another 2 months or more and if this procedure is successful I WILL do my Love Handles .

This was completely amazing. I've been wanting to get this done for 2-3 years and I finally just did it! I got the large applicaiton done on my lower stomach. At first they were afraid it wouldn't fit so they had me sit, push my stomach out and lean forward and they were able to fit it. I weigh 120 and i've always been so thin with a stomach pouch. I sat there for an hour and watched tv. No pain during the procedure. I was so nervous for the sucking, but it was nothing. I was laughing during a lot of the procedure thinking about how easy this was and how nervous I was. Once she took it off I had the giant stick of butter on my stomach that she massaged - such a strange feeling. The next two nights I just felt numb there. Maybe a week later I started feeling intense pain. I took asprin but that was a joke. I also didn't tell anyone that I had it done so I had to pretend that I was just sore from working out. But it was bad. I didn't regret it, but it was very painful. This lasted 3 or 4 days. Wearing a corset helped (I actually wore two corsets). But that pain eventually went away. It has been a month now and the numbness has mostly worn off. After the pain for a few days I honestly forgot I had the procedure. I saw no change. BUT in the past few days I've seen a huge change. I can sit and my stomach stays in! When i'm standing my stomach looks completely flat! I can't wait to post my pics when I go back in for my checkup on the 19th. I already feel so comfortable. I used to want to die if i had to wear a bikini, and now i'm just wishing it was summer.

Crying after an awful break up made my eyes swell like a prize fighter. When I got over it, I looked 20 yrs older then my 43 yrs. Single and looking aged, I was sent to Dr Hugo by a stranger I met in a restroom mirror. The surgery was reasonable and recovery was quick. Now at 52 I look 38 almost 10 years later.

Had SmartLipo on my abdomen done last Monday, June 4. I actually went back to work the next day! I'm tender and it's uncomfortable when I bend to stand or sit. Wearing garment helps and I'm still swollen. I had NO bruises! I had traditional liposuction 14 years ago and was totally black & blue so I was excited to see that was not an issue with SmartLipo. I had baby 22 months ago so I had fat bulges and loose skin. Can't wait to see the results. I will post pictures once the swelling goes down.
