Excellent Breast Reduction by Dr. Zemmel - Midlothian, VA

I recently had a breast reduction in Richmond, Va and I am exceptionally pleased with my results. Dr. Zemmel and his entire staff were amazing from day one and truly cared about me and my case. They were able to answer any questions regarding concerns that I had including my biggest concern, which was what size would I actually be post-op. Dr. Zemmel's attention to the details were excellent as one side of my ribcage was sunken in, and he took extra precautions to make sure that my symmetry was perfect despite my upper body composition. Consistently I was pleased with Dr. Zemmel's ability to attend to these details which are what make him such a wonderful surgeon. Dr. Zemmel and Emily's bedside manner were perfect and they made me feel comfortable at every moment. Overall, Dr. Zemmel is the only doctor I would recommend to anyone, and he has given me back the confidence I have been lacking for years!..MCD

I felt very relaxed and appreciated being able to ask questions regarding 'what If'. I felt that this team is not only prepared to provide excellent service but... if anything did go wrong they were fully equipt and ready to make it right. I like that this is a professional well established practice that is compatible but not money hungry. They really care about the client. Now that I am nearing the end of my procedure and visits its bitter sweet. I look forward to coming, I feel as if I made friends. Everyone is great, Dr. Zemmel, the two Medical assistants and the staff that works at the front desk. I truly recieved individualized attention, and I will always reccommend that anyone considering a cosmetic proceedure come here and research this practice. Special Thhx to Emily and Carrol. I am so very pleased at the results of my breast augmentation. I have seen first hand the quality and professionalism of Dr. Zemmel's work with my daughter and grandson. I have read a lot of good reviews about Dr Zemmel, his office and even the hospital that the procedure is done in. I had my consultation and he was so nice and easy to talk too. He explained the procedure and talk with me in great detail about my concerns. I also got to try some "boobs" to see what I would look like... it was very interesting! I am planning to have my procedure done by Dr Zemmel as I was very satisfied with my first impression. To add an update: Dr Zemmel and his staff continue to show exceptional professionalism with such warmth and real concern towards my needs and desires. I don't feel like just a patient, I feel like a part of the team. There is a true comfort in the treatment I am receiving from this office and that gives me valuable piece of mind! Additional Follow-up: The Post-op care has been excellent! I feel like my continued healing is very important to Dr. Zemmel and his Staff! I am a lifetime referral source for these guys! (hope your reading this Dr. Zemmel because I am already working on a few referrals for you as we speak!)

Dr. Zemmel made the horrible experience of breast cancer surgery and reconstruction a good experience. He is very kind and easy to talk to, and explains every step of the way. Never did I feel I was just a patient or number, instead he made me feel like I was very important to him. His staff was equally as personable. Each visit they made you feel like a part of their medical family. I would highly recommend Dr. Zemmel and his staff to anyone. My oncologist looked at my reconstruction and was extremely pleased with the procedure results.

Dr. Zemmel was very knowledgable and detail-oriented, providing me ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss the potential surgery. Never did I feel rushed, like my needs and/or time was invaluable, or like I was 'just another patient in an assembly line of appointments throughout the day.' From the moment I walked in the door, during my very first FREE consultation, I felt Dr. Zemmel put just as much time and consideration into my own individual needs and desired outcomes as he would have a paying or an established customer--with NO PRESSURE. I had a consultation with another practice prior to coming here, and the difference was remarkable--Dr. Zemmel not only took measurements and evaluated the size, shape, and natural curvature of my breasts, but also took the time to explain, in detail, the different types of implants, surgery methods, the differences in the sizes, and how my own breasts would factor in, providing the most desirable outcome. Dr. Zemmel understands that each patient is unique, and is able to outline a plan according to one's specific needs and goals. Best of all, I was able to TRY ON different size implants to get a better idea of what MY goals even were!

He deserves a 5 for everything. Great experience. I didn't feel like I was just another customer. They treated me great. I actually found him on this website. When I went for my consultation with Dr. Zemmel I knew that I had found THE surgeon for me. Everyone at the office is so nice and profesionnal. They took care of me, answered all my questions. After looking back at all of the consults that I went on, my research, my previous experience I can confidently say that Dr. Zemmel and his staff deserve excellence across the board and will deliver the same results. My instinct and research led me to Dr. Zemmel. His professionalism and compassion coupled by his office staff made the decision easy. He is a master at what he does and knows how to deliver the results with minimal downtime. What I thoughtwas a great look before is pale in comparison to the look and feel that was accomplished by Dr. Zemmel. I don t usually make reviews, however, when a decision is as important as this; I wanted to make sure that anyone who is considering breast augmentation to seek out Dr. Zemmel for a consult before going to anyone else. You won t be disappointed in Dr. Zemmel, the staff, your care and the results!

I absolutely love Dr. Zemmel, Emily, Becky, Sreyon....the entire practice! I was refereed to them by a good friend and I am so glad I was. From the first consultation to post op appointments, I have been well taken care of and never disappointed. Dr. Zemmels gentle nature drew me in from the very beginning and he is an amazing doctor with over the top beside manner. Emily has been there for me when I call/email her with my never ending questions and has supported me 100%. I would refer ANYONE to this practice knowing they would be well taken care of. They make you feel like you are their only patient. I have never experienced such a professional yet caring practice! Love them!

This office deserves 5 stars across the board! I visited 2 other plastic surgeon offices in the area but felt best about Dr. Zemmel surgical abilities. My experience with Richmond Aesthetic Surgery was fantastic. Everyone was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Zemmel really took his time to explain everything to me during my visits and I felt very confident in his surgical abilities. In addition, I felt he really listened to me and answered all of my questions. Dr. Zemmel was very positive yet extremely honest about the results I could expect from my procedure. The experience exceeded my expectations and my results are phenomenal. I am a return patient for laser hair removal & many other services offered at the Medispa. I am also looking forward to a “mommy makeover” in the new future. I highly recommend Dr. Zemmel & Richmond Aesthetic Surgery to all my friends and family members.

I chose Dr Zemmel due to his gentle manor and the time he took to explain in detail the procedure, answer questions I had and what I should expect my final results to be; he also made sure my results would be in proportion to my figure. On my first visit I was amazed by all his staffs accommodating and caring nature. The experience from start to finish was easy as I was guided by Dr Zemmel and his staff who all have wonderful bedside manors and had the ability to keep me at ease. Every visit I was met by name with a smile and time was taken to answer new questions I had as my healing progressed. The procedure and my final results were better than anticipated with minimal scaring. I would recommend Richmond Aesthetics's for the high level of customer service and the staff being so warm, inviting and informative. I would recommend Dr Zemmel for being and wonderful and talented surgeon who performed beyond expectation. I can not thank Dr Zemmel and his amazing staff enough. Thank you.
