I heard about him through a friend that raved about him. I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. The results were wonderful. I will def be seeing him again in the future. He was referred to me by a friend and i will being telling other friends about him. Everyone from the front desk to the back office nurses were pleasant, polite and knowledgable about the products.

Dr. Chen is very personable and he treated me like an indvidual not just someone else he has to work on. I heard of and about Dr. Chen through sister in-law and I did some research then went ahead and made a consult and I'm glad I did. yALL LADIES HAVE INSPIRED me that im not the only one!

Top rated doctors in Richmond. Dr. Chen is a true artist!! He spends quality time with his patients to ensure great results. I am very pleased with the sculpture procedure. My sister and I are scheduling all future visits and procedures with Dr. Chen. He is a perfectionist and has gained our confidence for the next big procedure.

My WLS surgeon's nurse and a friend from MCV both independently suggested Dr. Chen. First, let me say, he is an artist. He wants you to have the best possible results. He expects nothing less than perfection from himself as your surgeon. And that is what I have received to date (I am 3 months post op at this writing). Dr. Chen REALLY LISTENED to what I wanted to achieve-- which was to look great IN clothes. I have a waist again, the same size breasts, and am gaining confidence back. He has significant experience with WLS surgery patients and our unique needs. An additional note: my surgery was scheduled prior to Dr. Chen switching practices earlier this year. When this happened, he called me personally to reassure me that my surgery would proceed as scheduled. I like that type of personal investment from my surgeon. I wasn't a number, but rather a person with unique issues requesting specific outcomes from my surgery.

Hig rating in Richmond Magazine's Top Docs Great reputation among medical professionals Dr. Chen was able to meet with me on my lunch break and made me immediately optimistic. He had nothing but wonderful things to say about the general surgeon I had picked and helped me schedule the surgery quickly. Dr. Chen works WITH his patients, rather than FOR them. He listens and understands the emotional impact of the kind of work he does. He made an otherwise scary experience actually pleasant, and made me whole again!

Dr. Chen is extremely professional yet personable and made the entire experience pleasant. I have never had any wait time when at an appointment. He is prompt yet thorough. Dr. Chen came very highly recommended by a good friend. He was extremely professional and eased any fears I had regarding the procedure. He spent time explaining the procedure and was very honest about the recovery. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to minimize the results of c-sections or a tummy tuck with lipo for any reason.

Dr. Chen is very friendly. He takes all the anxiety out of a procedure because he is so calm and friendly. He spent as much time with me as needed and answered all questions thoroughly.
