My entire experience with Dr. DeConti far exceeded my wildest expectations. Beginning with his support staff, through the actual surgery. Patty the office manager and Bethany his assistant take courteous, friendly and professional conduct to a higher level. Being a transgender woman I was nervous. All my fears were quickly alleviated, and I truly leave every appointment feeling special and beautiful. Dr. Deconti took the time to answer all my questions and to carefully explain the procedure. The actual surgery went exactly as explained. The results are so much better than I ever dreamed possible. I cannot recommend Dr. DeConti and his wonderful staff more highly.

I'm 42 years old and have 4 kids via c-section. I work out and lift weights, but nothing I did would take away the blown out looking upper abdominal muscles or the excess skin. I researched a long while and chose, Dr. Deconti. I'm so glad I did. The staff was very friendly from day one and so was Dr. Deconti. He has answered any questions I've had and never made me feel like any of them were dumb. Although, I'm still healing I am very happy with the results thus far. An even incision line and a normal looking belly button. As far as bedside manner, I'm not sure how much bedside manner you expect from an outpatient procedure, but after surgery he checked on me and made sure I was comfortable, before my leaving for home. After being home a couple of days I was surprised to have received bouquet of flowers from Dr. Deconti and his staff. Would I recommend him to others? Absolutely! And I already have. Would I return to him? Absolutely!

I could not be happier with my entire experience, start to finish, with Dr. DeConti and his staff. The most noteworthy part of the process was choosing the size for my breast augmentation. I was SO nervous that I would go too big, or too small. Knowing that Dr. DeConti had been in business for over 25 years, I laid my trust in his hands. I was a bit nervous that the size he chose was bigger than what I wanted, but in the end when everything had "settled", They came out PERFECT. With each check-up visit, I build my friendship with him and his friendly staff. I was more than happy today to share my amazing experience of a very life changing procedure, with others who want to make sure they are picking the right doctor.

I went to Dr. DeConti in June 2016 for a BA & I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I'm just over 2 mths post op, my breasts are beautiful & look very natural. My scars have healed beautifully & his staff is amazing. Everyone was so patient & thoughtful. I even got flowers during recovery!

After having my baby in August and attempting to breast feed, my breasts began to sag and deflate. As I was only 24 years old, I didn't want to feel less than 100% comfortable naked. Therefore I began looking around and getting consults for a breast augmentation. I ended up going with dr deconti in Richmond va. (Which is about an hour and fifteen minutes from where I live in Charlottesville va). Anyways- during my consult he stated I was borderline needing a lift as well as implants. He quoted both procedures for me. Ultimately I didn't get the lift. Dr deconti stated if I want one after I finish having kids I can but I am in the gray area of needing one so I may be happy with just the implants. My next appointment was the preop appointment. My surgery was scheduled for Jan 8, 7 am. Dec 14 I went and picked out my size implant. I had done the rice test and thought 360 cc would be plenty big. He stated with my body type, 390 would be best. So I went up. I am 5'4.. 155 lbs (still losing that baby weight haha). I've always had a curvy athletic body; there I knew a bigger size would compliment my body. Come January 8 I was getting super super nervous about the size. I asked the doctor if we could possibly increase the cc size. After surgery he came and told me I was 420cc on both sides. So far I am just really taped up. Was prescribed Demerol for pain. I honestly like the ibuprofen better, doesn't make me so sleepy. I found this website super helpful so I'll do my best to keep everyone updated on my progress and story. Oh and let me add that my surgery was at 730 am and I was in the car on the way home by 930! Couldn't believe it haha Updated on 9 Jan 2016: Feeling sore but wouldn't classify as pain.a couple muscle spasms here and there but not unbearable. Just trying to relax! Can't wait to get these bandages off on Monday so I can really see what they look like! Hopefully I won't need the medicine anymore considering it knocks me out haha will post pic Monday after the tape is removed. Updated on 11 Jan 2016: Tape came off this morning! So far I'm thrilled with the result. Still have a lot of dropping and fluffing to do but I love the look of them. Not taking anymore Meds- made me so bloated and constipated. Will update weekly!

I am only 36 years old and after having two children I wanted my breast to look good in a bathing suit. I love my new breast. They look extremely natural and full. I hardly have scares from the lift and you can't see the scares from the implants. I could not be any happier. This was a great experience for me. I would recommend Dr. DeConti to everyone.

Thanks to Dr DeConti, I look SO good! I was scared of the side effects of Botox because my friends have used dentists and any crazy person willing to give an injectable. Well, they've also experienced the ugly side of Botox too! Don't trust just anyone with your face!! Dr Deconti was awesome!! Plastic surgeons know their stuff.

So, I have been researching BA for years, husband is very supportive. I decided to have my kids first and then get them done. So now that we are done having kids I'm ready. I chose Dr DeConti since many of my friends have been to him and had good results. I had my consultation on 9/25, and scheduled my preop for 10/2 and surgery for 10/8. I do have some concerns, when I spoke to my ps he recommended 350-390 cc under the muscle saline, didn't talk about profile. Well, I'm thinking more along the lines of 500-550 HP saline under the muscle. I've waited a long time for this and I don't want to spend a ton of money and then be unhappy with my size. I'm hoping when I have my pre op I can try on sizers and I will feel better about my decision. My stats 5'6", 135lbs, currently wear 34B VS bombshell push up bras all the time :( Updated on 28 Sep 2014: So I posted a question for the docs on here and they bring up a lot of good points, 500cc is a lot of weight. I really don't want to have a lift 5 years down the road. I do want to go up in size significantly. I have my sizing/pre op apt on Thursday so I think I will have a much better understanding of how the different sizes will look on me. Updated on 2 Oct 2014: So I had my pre op apt today, tried on several different sizes and decided on 550 cc also decided to do tell instead of saline. My PS came in afterword and measured me and recommended something more like 450-475cc due to my size. He measured me and since I'm mostly concerned with projection he showed me that there is only .5cm difference between a 500 and 475, the 500 is just wider which would probably give me too much side boob. I trust my PS so I'm happy to go with the 475 Natrelle Gel high profile under the muscle implants. My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday at 8:30am so I can't wait to upload pictures. Also my PS noted a umbilical hernia and due to crappy insurance he's willing to reduce the cost which I'm very excited about! On a side note who knew gel implants were almost 3x the cost of saline, talk about sticker shock, good thing I'm getting a warranty! Updated on 8 Oct 2014: Heading to the surgery center, will update when done???? Updated on 8 Oct 2014: Had my BA today!! Pain is there but not horrible. I went with the 475 naturell gel implants. Feeling very groggy still though. I mentioned to the anesthesiologist that I get very nauseous following general ans so he put a patch behind my ear and so far no nausea. Updated on 9 Oct 2014: Slept in a recliner last night, as long as I'm reclined it's not terrible, but when I stand it is horrible. I also had an umbilical hernia repaired so I'm having quite a bit of pain. Unfortunately I'm all bandaged up and the dressings don't come off until Monday, so I really can't see anything. Updated on 11 Oct 2014: Was able to get up and take a bath today, still all bandaged up, they don't come off until Monday. Very happy with my results so far.

When I had my breasts done, the doctor and staff did an amazing job and was so caring. I even received flowers the day of my surgery from my doctor and his staff. They really did care and was always smiling and respectful. I feel great about myself now because of my surgery and I owe it all to Dr. Deconte and his staff. Thank you

Dr. Deconti performed liposuction on my abdomen, flanks, back, inner, and outer thighs. I look amazing. Two other cosmetic surgeons both indicated that I would need a tummy tuck to get the results that I was seeking, this was not the case. My stomach is flat as a board with no saggy skin. My legs look great too! It's been two weeks and the bruising is almost gone. I'm so glad that I was referred to him. The staff is great too! I received follow up calls from the doctor and staff as well as flowers after my procedure.
