When I walked into the office I was given attention by the staff right away. Pam at the front desk is so nice and the nurses that showed me to my room were gentle and knowledgable of the procedure. They made me feel very comfortable with lots of pillows and reading material. They checked on me often and gave me a buzzer for when I needed them. I have already made another appointment to go back.

Dr. Sundin is incredibly patient and extremely attentive combine that with his incredible staff and you could not ask for more. Dr. Sundin and his staff were incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Richmond, va area.

He came hightly recommended by a freind who has used him as well. I visited several local doctors, who were all very nice. But I could tell Dr. Burton was much more meticulous, and very concerned with acheiving the look I wanted. He took so much time with me and my husband during our consult and we felt so great about using him. I am in love with the results, and Dr. Burton and his entire staff are so friendly and helpful. He has been a joy to work with and I cannot recommend him enough!

I have seen Dr. Sundin for both cosmetic and non-cosmetic procedures (surgical and non-invasive). He is the ultimate professional (as are his staff). Not only does Dr. Sundin do a great job (minimal scarring for surgeries and minimal to no pain for non-surgical procedures) but he does it with a great disposition and, most importantly, a great heart. He cares about his patients and their outcomes and is a stickler about the details, which I appreciate. His staff are extremely helpful and take care of every aspect of the non-medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Sundin and his office for any kind of cosmetic (elective or non-elective procedure) and would not think about going to another doctor for the same.

Dr. Sundin was very helpful and easy to talk to. He thoroughly explained the procedure and possible outcomes. Scheduling was no problem. I have scheduled another coolsculpting session and am considering doing work on the neck and chin.

I chose this provider based on a RichmondMoms.com review. After researching other providers in the area, it seemed like Dr. Sundin had the most experience with the procedure. Dr. Sundin explained my different options and openly shared pros and cons of each. He did not try to push me to pick the most expensive procedure. He was willing to answer any questions I had. His staff members are friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and comfortable. The person who set up my procedure for me patiently explained each step to me and put me at ease.
