I am really happy with my whole experience from start to finish with Mr Ross and the outcome of my rhinoplasty. From the get go I felt that I was in very safe hands with someone who really respected my facial features, knew what would work for a natural look and keep a natural overall facial balance. Mr Ross is very professional and was on hand to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. His secretary is also fantastic; she was always on hand if I had any questions and keeping me in the loop with upcoming appointments and reminders. I spent several weeks researching for a surgeon to carry out my breast reduction and from the first consultation I knew I had made the right decision.Gary Ross made me feel at ease from our first meeting and explained the procedure and best possibly outcome. I had no issues post op and 10 weeks on the scars are already fading. Having this operation has increased my confidence, my neck/back pain has gone and my posture is so much better. I highly recommed Dr Ross! He has been extremely helpful and patient with me throughout my journey, especially because it took me nearly 4 years of several consultations with him for me to finally decide to go ahead and do the surgery. He has been extremely helpful from day one. He helped me decide what procedures were right for me (abdominoplasty and mastopexy) and made sure that my expectations were well managed. I also noticed how important patient safety is for him, he made me feel like this was always his priority, such as how long he wanted to keep me under general anaesthetic from, whether I should or not choose to put implants, etc. I honestly felt like he never tried to convince me to go ahead, he respected my time and when I was ready, we went ahead with it. On the day of the surgery, I had an emotional breakdown and almost gave up and left the hospital before going to theatre. Once again, he was extremely helpful and kind, and helped me manage my emotions by talking to me until I was ready. Even in this situation, in no moment I felt forced to go ahead. The surgery itself went extremely well, my hospital stay was as good as it can be and I received great care from all the staff. I was discharged the next day to recover from home. Every time I had any concerns about my healing process, he called me straight away and gave me his advice. He was exceptional in every possible way. I am extremely happy with my results, this surgery has profoundly changed my life for the best. I will always be grateful to Dr Ross for his commitment to excellent patient care and outstanding plastic surgery skills!

Very good, very professional, straight to the point , truthful, knows what he’s doing and no sales pitch. My experience with Gary was very good , the anaesthetist gave me oxycodone which I really reacted to and threw up pretty much most of my stay , the ward was very nice , but didn’t rate the after care with the nurses on that night I have to be honest , I probably got a bad night , Gary checked me in the morning and off I went to the hotel for a night then back to have the stitches ( drains) out with the nurse the next day , then home , I sat upright for a few weeks was ok, the worst part was the staples in my hairline but there put in instead of stitches as to not damage your hair , stitches around my ears came out a week later , my scars are very good , and I just look fresher my lines in my cheeks have gone , around my mouth those lines don’t go as a smas lift does not fix the oral region , but I’m not bothered as I am 58 and very happy with my facelift , it has improved my skin and definitely looks years younger , it’s worth the time , expensive Ooow yes very ! The only thing that is a little surprising is my Tracy’s in the left side fell off ! But it looks ok , I see my cheeks in the mirror every morning and I see the youthfulness back it’s unreal really :) yes happy , just have to pay for it now !! No holidays for 2 years but I think it’s worth it . If your thinking should I do it ?? It is worth it but it’s pricey , don’t go to cheap surgeons there are lots out there , which cost a lot less I didn’t want to chance it , you get what you pay for in all walks of this crazy life …..

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I couldn’t recommend with hospital enough. My surgeon Mr Gary Ross was brilliant, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. My aftercare was also amazing all the nursing staff went above and beyond. I will would 100% recommend.

Mr Ross is an excellent surgeon and his whole team provide excellent care. He is very approachable and always responds to any queries or emails. He provides all the pro’s & cons of the procedure and outcomes and recovery, which was easier than I thought apart from some discomfort. Would Highly recommend for Breast surgery

I had previously researched another company/consultant but was not happy with his approach and my gut feeling was to walk away. I continued my searching. I contacted Mr Gary Ross in October 2023 by email having researched him online where I read of his professional qualifications, studies and experience along with many favourable client reviews. I was unhappy with, what I thought and saw, was ‘baggy’ skin under my chin and excessive neck skin. After my first email to Gary’s office I was asked to forward an email photo of myself showing front and side of chin area. After which a payable appointment was made in person with Gary and colleague at The Alexander Hospital in Cheadle. I immediately felt comfortable, fully confident and fully informed of procedures available to me and costs. I choose a neck and jowl lift, costs included all pre operation tests, actual operation, hospital stay, medication and consultant fees. I was with experienced, knowledgable and caring staff at all times (I was very anxious of this operation). Recovery first week is tough, photos are not for the faint hearted (need to be seen), but the clever intricate stitches of the operation is extremely well done. On the first Sunday I was recovering I had some health concerns and emailed Gary, he phoned me at home and reassured me, but also asked me to see me the next day in person at hospital - I will never forget this. Over the next five weeks my recovery continued to plan and I continue to heal. I wholeheartedly thank Gary, Victoria and all staff involved for their professionalism and kindness and recommend future clients for his surgery and care. Updated on 23 Jan 2024: Nearly all my stitches have gone, just top of my ears stitches to heal. Lots of numbness in my neck and cheeks which is slowly improving. I have been shown how to massage these areas daily. Behind my ears is still tender and feels bulky but again slowly improving. My neck is so much smoother. The baggy skin under my chin has gone but skin of stitches a little bulky but again improving. Very pleased with how surgery is progressing.
