I highly recommend Dr. K. His work greatly exceeded my expectations, and I am well pleased. He performed a tummy tuck in August 2010, and the outcome is simply remarkable. My goal was to get rid of my "kangaroo pouch" and his excellent surgical skills left my tummy fat free, and rock hard. In addition, my love handles are gone as well! I truly have a waist again. Dr. K spent a gread deal of time ensuring that all of my questions were answered and my concerns were met. His staff is warm, friendly, and efficient. He has flexible office hours, and his fees are very reasonable. Having a tummy tuck has been an all-around positive experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. K.

I saw Dr. K in Aug 2010 and scheduled my breast aug with him that day for the following month. I actually enjoyed my consultation. He has a great "bedside" manner and the information I received was very thorough and informative. I was very well equipped for what to expect and how to handle it.

Dr. K REALLY listens to you. He spend a lot of time with me listening to my questions at my consultation than any other doctor, and was honest with me about expected results and listened to all of my concerns. I felt 100% comfortable with him. He also asked me a lot of questions as well, and I felt he really wanted to know what I wanted out of the surgery, and not so much what HE wanted out of the surgery ( some docs seem to have their own ideas of what you need, and try and talk you into it). He gave me a lot of direction and even told me what I didn't want to do. Wasn't trying to just sell me plastic surg, but wanted me to be happy with results.

I called a million times with questions before my first visit. His staff was always friendly and helpful. If i wasnt calling i was emailing Dr K he ALWAYS emailed me back within a few hours. When i finally did go in. He spent well over and hour with us. Explained every step he was going to do. And what I can expect. My doctor is just amazing. There is no other way to describe him. I was in surgery 9 hours. The whole time i was in the OR someone was keeping my husband updated.Dr. Kes is so hands on, He doesnt not even allow any nurse to change his bandages. He wants to make sure he does everything himself, from start to end. I live almost 3 hrs away from him. But after doing months of research and meeting with dr's, I knew he was the one. I am only 1wk 1day post surgery. But I can already see wonderful results. It is hard for me to get to drive that far during the week. So this will be the 2nd time he has seen me on a saturday or stay there late waiting on me. I not only would use him again for myself or my friends. But if one day my child needs to have anything done HE WILL BE WHO I TRUST WITH HER.His staff is also helpful. Beth, Answered any questions that I called with.( and there was alot.) And Jennifer helped me in every way possible also. I have before pics but I dont have any after yet But if you would like to see any just email, I will be happy to send them to you. I met with Dr. K for my initial consultation. I was impressed by the amount of time he spent answering all of my questions and making an earnest effort to find out WHY I wanted the specific procedure. Based on our conversations, I was confident I had chosen the right doctor. He understood my hesitation for an elective surgery. In fact, due to nerves, I almost backed out. When I had thoughts of backing out, I would call his office staff and ask random questions. They were so wonderful and I would quickly feel eager to get my surgery done. The surgery went well... recovery went well... and I had been told by Dr. K to call with any questions - - any time at all. He prepared me well and did an excellent job of laying out all expectations. I stuck to the recovery plan. I had one slight hiccup with a drainage tube. It didn't hurt. I think I bumped the bottom part out and saw blood pooling. I called him at 9pm on Saturday night. He called me back in about 45 seconds and told me exactly what to do. I am certain if I needed to see a doctor immediately, he would have met me any time at all. The follow up schedule is very reassuring. Even though I knew I was on a the road to recovery, nothing eases the quirky mine like a qualified doctor examining his work and telling you he is pleased with the recovery details. Dr. K is extremely competent, diligent, and personable. He makes it easy to ask questions throughout the process. One additional note: I didn't have any personal references for Dr. K at the time of my surgery. I asked him for references and my phone started ringing 20 minutes later. What's better is the women who called me were each at different stages of recovery for the SAME procedure I was having. How can you beat that? None of them had anything negative to say about their surgery or Dr. K. I highly recommend Dr. K.

Dr. K was there to answer any and all questions you could have. He went through in detail every thing that would happen before, during, and after the surgrey. His staff was amazing, they were all so sweet and able to answer all questions. I really could not think of a bad thing to say about him or his staff. But the very most important reason why i would recommend Dr. K is that he is very good at what he does. He went above and beyond what I could of ever imagine. Only a week out and already in love the results.

I went to Dr K a year ago for a breast augmentation and I couldn't be happier. He is a fantastic doctor. From the first consult I was amazed. The staff was friendly and professional and have remembered my name every time I have been back. Dr K took his time with me, which for me being an anxious person already, calmed me tremendously. He never rushed, even on the day of surgery, he sat on my bed and talked to me in attempts to calm me. After surgery I was not just left to recover on my own, I had many follow up visits and Dr K was always available by email. Having any type of elective surgery is a big decision, and now I wouldn't trust any other doctor beside Dr K.

I was very apprehensive about choosing a plastic surgeon after the stories that I had heard from some of my friends about different surgeons they had gone to. I did some homework and began seeing Dr. Kasden about 2 ½ years ago for Botox injections. I immediately fell in love with everything about Dr. Kasden’s office – his staff, the non-stuffy atmosphere, and him! He had a way of putting me at ease, and even making me laugh, when I really didn’t know what to expect. He thoroughly explained how Botox works and what the possible side effects could be, and answered all of my questions (I had a LOT) in a professional and humorous way. After that, I began seeing his Aesthetician, Amy, for my Botox injections as it was a little easier to get in to see her (Dr. Kasden books pretty quickly). Amy is AMAZING and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Aesthetician – and she’s right there in Dr. Kasden’s office, too! I recently decided to have Laser Lipo done on my neck and chin and didn’t think twice about who I would like to perform the procedure – without a doubt I wanted Dr. Kasden to do it. He did it in his office in Southlake (which is awesome in itself) – and managed to keep me at ease and laughing the whole time, and it turned out FANTASTIC. He told me exactly what to expect and even called me from his personal cell phone after the procedure to check on me! I am SO pleased with the results, I still can’t believe that my double chin is gone! It has made such a dramatic difference, especially in pictures – it easily made me look 10 pounds lighter. If you are looking for an office that will make you feel comfortable and an amazing Plastic Surgeon that will answer all of your questions and put you at ease while keeping a great sense of humor, this is the place to go!!

I searched through plastic surgeons for a year and until I came across Dr. Kasden. He is a true artist when it comes to his work, of which, is one of the qualities I was looking for in a PS. He was very informative and thorough in providing me with the information needed about my procedure, expectations, recovery, etc. I found him and his staff to be truly caring, compassionate and particular when it came to the care of me at every visit. He did an outstanding job on my tummy tuck and will be having him do future procedures as well.

Facelift
Dr. Kasden was my second consult for my facelift. After spending a considerable amount of time with me and answering my questions, I decided he was the one! I schedule the procedure before I left the office, and cancelled my other consult. The entire process was awesome. The office staff is so wonderful and supportive, and Dr. Kasden is not only truly gifted, but has such a sense of humor! Talking with him is like talking with a good friend. He listened and made notes of what I was saying and showing him; I just knew he'd take good care of me, and he did. I had an awesome result and will definiitely use Dr. Kasden again for any future surgery.

Dr. Kasden doesn't perform "cookie cutter" facelifts. My unique needs and personal conerns were discussed at length. I pointed out areas that bothered me- he listened took notes, and then explained what he would do in order to have the best result. After the consultation, I knew I had found the right surgeon. I do NOT look stretched or tight, just rested and years younger! Dr. K realizes that eventhough he has preformed hundreds of faceifts, he made me feel that mine was the most important. He is an excellent listener, extremely kind and compassionate and the reason this 56 year old woman feels as though she can enter a room and leave 'em guessing!

OMG!!! Dr. Kasden and his entire staff are so AWESOME!!! This is the doctor that you want and need to have by your side when considering a major surgery like this. I couldn't be more pleased with my results. He is highly skilled in what he does, and the outcome is totally amazing. I will definately use him in the future.

In May I visited with Dr Kasden and his staff regarding a possible tummy tuck. After much research and my first visit with Dr Kasden I knew he was an exceptional doctor. I sat for over an hour with Dr Kasden while he explained the tummy tuck, the procudure, and the post-op expections. He asked questions and answered my questions, putting my concerns to rest. He and his staff made the process easy. After my consultation, I knew I was having this procedure and that Dr Kasden would be my Plastic Surgeon of choice.

Dr Kasden is the first surgeon I ever went to, and the only one I will ever go to. He is kind, knowledgable, and extremely skilled. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair that couldnt have produced better results. He gives realistic expectations and it was always a visit I looked forward to. The only negative is that you can't keep visiting him forever. Eventually, you have to take your new awesome body and move forward. :)

Dr. Kasden is a very friendly, honest, funny, and detailed person. He cares for your questions and wants to ensure that you are more than informed of what is forth coming. He does not sugar coat anything procedure wise and tells you it is a major surgery and to expect just that. I am 8 weeks post op and I can tell you after 16 years of my old body I am pleased to say even with the fresh scaring, I am pleased with my new look. Dr. Kasden not only completed the tummy tuck procedure but also lipo some areas that needed it to ensure that the overall appearance was pristine. I have never felt so confident in my body . I can now shop for that two piece that I have never been able to wear. This is a life changing experience and I grateful that other patients had reviewed him as highly as they did so that I was able to make the right choice. The question is always asked was it worth it? Yes, Yes, Yes, I am a 32 year old mother who can say I do not regret this decision in my life and it was money well spent and would do it again in a heart beat. Dr. Kasden has changed my way of life. He cares for results and consistently asks for your feedback so that he can fix the issues. The staff from the receptionist to Nurse Michelle are over and beyond past friendly. They make the overall experience that much more easier. A++++++

Use him for my tummy tuck. Dr. Kasden did outstanding work with my cheek lift as with my tummy tuck. A very natural look was the goal. Knowing that Dr. Kasden is a true perfectionist, had no doubts that my goal would be achieved. As with my tummy tuck, Dr. Kasden spent a great deal of time listening to my goals, going over my procedure with me, what I could and could not expect, the options for how the procedure would be be performed and the recover process. Dr. K was great, he was very thorough in explaining the procedure with me. Even though he preforms more invasive sugeries on the regular, I was happy that he took the time to make me feel like it was important bc it was imprtant to me, and he listened to any concerns that I had. I will mention that he had me laughing a lot. I would highly reccomend him!!!
