I Had an Amazing Experience!

Dr McHugh is amazing! The day of my consultation, he was very informative and professional, and made me very comfortable. The day of surgery, he was very supportive and caring. He even prayed with my husband and I before surgery! I loved that!

35 Male Did Neck & Abdomen - Houston, TX

I haven't even made it to 12 weeks yet and I'm impressed with the results. Much slimmer already and my double chin is disappearing. I am already fitting in my pants better and my self esteem is growing. It wasn't even uncomfortable. My self esteem is growing by the minute. I can't wait till I see the final result.

38 Years Old Two Kids Two sagging Boobs

So I went two and a half years ago to do a consult on breast augmentation and also labiaplasty. I thought on it for all this time and I went in November for another consultation with dr mchugh here in the woodlands and decided I was going to do it. We decided that since I had a lot of breastbtissue still but i did not want to do a lift that natrelle inspire would be the implant to go with. I got 450cc high profile in the left and 485cc high profile in my right. Yes one boob was bigger than the other and the nipples were not symmetrical. Updated on 29 Dec 2016: So far I am just really sore. I am pretty bum in both breasts but have feeling in certain parts. The pain meds definantly help. I go back in a week for a check up and my dr is suppose to show me how to do the exercises. Updated on 13 Jan 2017: In the last few days I have been having some really bad pain in my sternum/breast bone. Today it is definantly better. I have attached pictures taken today at 18 days post op. Still tightness behind the implant and as I have been having an allergic reaction to the glue that was used The glue is now off and no more reaction. Updated on 14 Jan 2017: These are before pictures I forgot to post before my BA.

Definitely recommend Dr. McHugh

Dr. McHugh in The Woodlands, TX made me feel comfortable and at ease about my BA procedure from the moment I walked in to his office. He is very intelligent and has many many years of experience performing BA's. He was spot on with his cc reccomendation from the initial consult to the many more I went to after for try on sizes. At first I thought 750cc was way too huge but it is actually very complimentary to my body. He is a Christian man and I loved the fact that he said a wonderful prayer with me before surgery. My results are amazing, no imperfections or bruising. I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend 100%!!!

Don't Waste Your Money Anywhere Else! - Houston, TX

I can honestly say that not only did my health and aesthetic appearance take a beating by originally choosing to save money by going to another doctor for multiple procedures. After a secondary revision and things still were not repaired, I knew from word a mouth that the ONLY plastic surgeon, regardless of the price because I didn't care, was Dr. McHugh that I had any confidence in taking care of me. After two consultations, we moved forward with the multi revisions and corrections and am ecstatic to say that being one week post post, I am in no pain and the results literally make me cry from being so happy. This man has a talent with his hands, eyes and clear imagination of what expertise is all about and can not thank him and his amazingly caring staff. I am a patient for life now and if you are shopping physicians because of price...don't. You will get what you pay for but if you have a vision of how you want your body, either pay his price or wait till you can afford it because no amount of money is worth less than perfect results. Thank you Dr. McHugh and staff from the bottom of our hearts for giving me back my inner self confidence and happiness what another doctor took away. He is simply remarkable.

If You Chose Anyone Else, You're Crazy! - Spring, TX

1st off I would like to thank Dr. McHugh for changing my life and it's only been 1 week since surgery! I woke up feeling like a million bucks!! I seriously felt the weight lifted off my shoulders!! But, any doctor can remove your breasts... I got all ready to go, the hospital staff took amazing care and helped me with every step! Now, to see the work the next day in his office... I have seen some pretty HORRIBLE breasts before and after pictures.. I consulted with 7 Doctors, McHugh being #7! I LOVE MY NEW SMALLER HIGHER BOOBS!!! Yes, they have the ugly stitch work showing currently but you can look at them and know, when they are healed.. They are going to look FABULOUS!!???????????? I couldn't be more satisfied or happy with Dr. McHugh & his office.. Thank you for changing my life!!!!

19 Year Old Breast Augmentation - Houston, TX

I started with 32a bra size. I chose 400 cc saline implants and I am happy with them. Dr. McHugh is a wonderful surgeon who answers any questions/concerns you have. He set clear expectations about the procedure. Also, he was very calming the day of the surgery. which I really appreciated. I would recommend him and will go back to him in the future.

Breast Lift and Augmentation (anchor incision) feeling Excited, but Nervous! - The Woodlands, TX

I have met with Dr. McHugh twice now and have been very pleased with him and his staff. They have taken the time to answer all my gazillion questions and I feel comfortable with the doctor I choose to perform my procedure. His wife Katherine was extremely helpful my first visit and really made me feel comfortable in what could be considered an embarrassing type of doctors appt LOL. I'm scheduled for my procedure one week from today. I'm a mother of 2, 34 years old, and looking to get back my 20 something pre-children breasts. I weigh 126 lbs and I am of slender build. My breasts are currently 36 D 's. I'm not looking to go larger but to get the perkiness and volume back so I opted for a small 210/240 silicone implant. The plan is that Dr. McHugh will use sizers while I'm in surgery to see what looks the best for size and balance of course so I will update and let you know what I end up with. Super excited but really nervous about being put under and the recovery process! Updated on 11 Dec 2014: Feeling some anxiety! This was a big decision and I know I made the right choice. I'm just feeling nervous. I picked up all my RX's and a few gel ice packs to have on hand. House is cleaned, bedding is clean, and I feel I have prepared everything I need. The count down is on! Updated on 12 Dec 2014: Had my procedure this morning and I am home resting. I haven't walked around much today, just taking it easy. I left the hospital around noon and slept the majority of the day. I feel a little pressure on my chest and so far very little pain...I'm sure the pain meds have something to do with that. Ice packs applied to the top of my breast feel good and of course I'm quite swollen. I go see the Dr tomorrow morning to get the surgical bra removed and replaced with a new one. He will also inspect everything to make sure all is good! I honestly expected much worse but we will see what tomorrow brings. Updated on 15 Dec 2014: I'm still pretty swollen but the pain is definitely less than yesterday. Yesterday I woke up in significant pain and stiffness so I would recommend setting an alarm to awake yourself at night to take your pain medication to avoid that. My arm movement range has improved and I feel good. My upper back is a little stiff but I believe that's from sleeping propped up and not being quite as active. I'm a pretty active person so I'm going to try to do some light walking today hoping it will help with reducing the swelling. After taking my first shower and looking in the mirror my first thought was crap! I look like Frankenstein with all these stitches LOL. I know all this will improve and fade over time so I didn't freak out. I have been applying ice and my right armpit area kinda hurts but I feel like the worst of it is over. I'm just anxious to be all healed up and hit the gym again! Next Dr appt is in 3 days! Updated on 16 Dec 2014: I'm feeling a little down in the dumps today and actually even shed a few tears. Just woke up feeling depressed. I have read that this is common after surgery so since its a beautiful day I decided to go out and take a walk. The sun is out and it felt really good to get out of the house. I have not taken any pain medication today other than some Advil this morning and it seems to be doing the trick. My breasts are pretty colorfully bruised up and swollen, but they are starting to look a little better. The incisions are looking better also and no signs of infections or fluid leaking from them. I see the DR again in 2 more days for a check up. Hoping to kick this depressing feeling away today and get my spirits lifted. Updated on 17 Dec 2014: I'm feeling better today and am now just taking a\Advil for pain. The incisions are still bleeding just a drop or two after I take a shower but I don't think that is much to worry about. The swelling is starting to go down and the bruising is still changing through the rainbows of colors. Headed to the PS tomorrow for a check up....will update afterwards. Updated on 19 Dec 2014: Saw the PS yesterday and he showed me how to do the daily breast massage. Incisions all look great. Surgical glue is still on them so by next visit (10 days from now) it should be gone and we can start scar therapy. My stitches are all dissolving but there is a few places they may need to be trimmed...no big deal. The incisions are starting to itch because they are healing and I was told I could take Benadryl at night if it was keeping me up. I'm still using ice packs when I feel the need(especially in the morning when I wake up) and I'm still taking Advil. After showering I still have just a tiny bit of bleeding along the incisions, but I was told it was normal from the incision stretching a bit. Bruising is also looking better and overall everything is healing up well. Updated on 12 Jan 2015: I love my breasts! I couldn't be more happier with the result!

Never thought in a million years would I do a BA; 425-450cc Natrelle gel silicone implants

For my consultation for my BA, Dr. McHugh was the most attentive to all my questions and concerns. I left confident knowing he would do a great job, just from asking him questions to trying on sizers with his nurse, Ashley. He and his staff are passionate about their jobs and it was the reason I chose him. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: Sorry for not having the pre and post op pics of my breasts. I had not prepared myself because it took a while for my pain to subside to do much of anything. I am very pleased to this date with Dr. McHugh's work on my breast augmentation and the continued follow-ups with him and his nurse Ashley. I had slight assymmetry with my left breast being a little smaller than my right. I had Natrelle high profile placed underneath the muscle. 450cc on my left and 425cc on my right. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: My surgery was done on 7/7/14 and these pics show more dropping in my breasts since surgery. I have done massages twice a day and now Dr. McHugh has stated I can just do once a day massages. I can now do normal routine exercises but must be careful with any pectoral exercises. I still wear my surgical bra (not the same as what they put on me right after surgery) to be sure my breasts are pressed closer together and have support throughout this process. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: Do your massages as directed by your PS! It helps in the dropping process, and it helps to shape the gel silicone implants (that are stretching your skin) in your chest wall. I also use cocoa butter lotion by Palmer's or coconut oil to prevent stretch marks. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: I told Dr. Mchugh I wanted a D cup prior to fitting. I have not gone bra shopping because it's still too early to fit perfectly any size. I definitely am past the C cup and imagine I am in a D cup by now. I will wait until the end of October to try on because by then it will show it more natural shape and who knows I may fit a DD. My friend has saline implants about 280cc on both sides and was a full B cup. She measures at a DD and when we compared, mine were about the same size as hers. That is why Dr. McHugh stated to me that it is hard to tell what cup size you will be because these bra manufacturers are all different in wiring, padding, shapes, etc. I will let you know what's the verdict come time for a bra buy. Updated on 29 Aug 2014: Updated on 1 Sep 2014: Updated on 14 Sep 2014: I'm starting to fill in more at the bottom, so I will wait another 2 wks. to get sized for my actual bra size. Updated on 15 Sep 2014: I lost weight in the past 4 years so I was not fitting my old bras properly. I was at my biggest at a 34C and dropped more weight unintentionally. I eventually estimated at a small to slight medium B cup which lead me to research on BAs. This old pink angel demi bra is a 34C that I continued to wear even after my breasts shrunk. Today I tried it on and it is slightly snugged so I am guessing I will be about a 32-34 D. Updated on 17 Sep 2014: Here's an old pic of my chest in clothes before my BA so you can see the comparison. Updated on 30 Sep 2014: Found this bra in my closet from awhile back that I never wore because... I am unsure why I bought a Size D bra??? Haha I probably daydreamed about it when I was 18? Updated on 4 Oct 2014: It has been about 3 mo. post op and I finally went bra shopping at VS. I chose a non-padded 32DD, tried it on, and asked the sales associate her opinion. She said try on a DDD. I said 'for real?' It fit perfectly. I definitely was in shock. I don't think the DD looks too bad-just a tad popping out. So I will probably continue buying 32DD just for the look I like my breasts in it. Updated on 14 Oct 2014: Whoa I knew my breasts looked much larger today in a sweater I have not worn since last winter. But when I took off my shirt to change into work out clothes, I would have never imagined my breasts to have final results this large. Updated on 30 Oct 2014: So excited to f/u with Dr. McHugh today. I am so pleased with the outcome of my BA. Only thing I need to ask him is what creams to use to help my scars heal quicker. Other than that I am happy with the shape, cleavage, and size. Updated on 29 Jan 2015: My breasts have dropped quite a few times since they made 3 mo. Today I am a very full 32DD and it was much fuller than what I wanted, but honestly my PS did such a fantastic job, I'm definitely not complaining. Updated on 14 Nov 2015: 1 yr and 4 months after my BA and completely satisfied on shape and size
