I looked all over the country for someone to perform my breast revision surgery. I found many outstanding surgeons who did great work, Dr. Fortes stood out to me for his consistently perfect work every time (please see his before and after pictures on his breast surgeries—you will be amazed)! Dr. Fortes’ ability to handle my complex case with such precision and artistry was outstanding. He genuinely cares for his patients & that is exceptional. He also takes tremendous pride in his work. Dr Fortes is a very happy and pleasant person. He performed a full facelift on me recently and i couldn't be more pleased with the results. I am 57 and look about 40 now. He did a fantastic job! Nothing was overdone and it is so subtle that noone knows i had anything done. I highly recommend Dr Fortes for all your cosmetic needs. He also did a breast augmentation for me the same day and that turned out great too. Updated on 4 Feb 2023: Here are some before and after photos taken at 10 days post op. There has been more healing since then and some of the swelling around the cheeks has decreased. I was out running around my town by this time.

As a 44 yr old mom of 3, I've worked so hard for the past 18 months to lose belly fat and tone up without much success. I finally decided to get the mommy makeover I've wanted for years. I went to Dr Fortes for a consult on a mommy makeover- breast lift and modest reduction, tummy tuck and lipo on flanks and back. After having my three amazing kiddos and deciding I was done having children, I sought out Dr. Fortes for a mommy makeover. I was able to schedule a consult with his team very easily and in a timely manner. The entire office staff from the front desk to his scheduling assistant were nothing but kind and professional. Upon meeting with Dr. Fortes, I explained to him my areas of concern and the desired aesthetic that I was going for. He offered sage advise and steered me towards a more conservative approach that he believed would give me the look I wanted, and with the most natural finished look. During my consult I not only was able to get extremely comfortable with the proposed procedures, I was also able to book my surgery date with out having a long lead time. From there everything went extremely smoothly, from my pre-op appointments to my day of surgery. I am beyond thrilled with the results of my breast lift and augmentation and torso liposuction. I was able to get rid of the stubborn belly and hip fat areas, that no matter how much I exercised, I could not reduce. After the havoc pregnancy and breast feeding reaped on my body, at 38 years old, I was unsure if I was ever going to be able to look in the mirror and feel satisficed and self confident in my naked appearance again, but I can say with confidence now I am elated with how I look. My scars are still healing, but I am so glad I trusted my care to Dr. Fortes. He is nothing short of amazing.

Dr. Fortes is very professional & does amazing work. His staff/team are professional as well, I had a great experience Dr. Fortes was very attentive and is always willing to work with you... His Patient care coordinator Cindy was very sweet and do her best in responding to messages in a timely manner and is always there to help or answer any question you might have. This is my second time using Dr. Fortes and he did amazing work like before. I would recommend him to any of my family/friends. He cares about his patients and has helped me become more confident in my skin. I was very comfortable asking his professional advice on which procedures would best suit my concerns. Dr. Fortes performed a tummy tuck, lipo in 4 areas and a breast revision. He has always spent time answering all my questions at all my follow up appointments. I found Dr. Fortes on RealSelf when I was doing research on plastic surgeons for rhinoplasty in Houston. I called his office and had my consultation quickly scheduled for the next week. During my consultation, I told Dr. Fortes I wanted my nose to look as natural as possible. From just seeing my nose Dr. Fortes knew what I didn't like about it and what changes I would like before I said anything. He also suggested a chin implant to better balance my face. A few weeks after my consultation I had the surgery, which occurred without any issues. A nurse came to my home to check on me the next day. She showed me how to apply medications and how to clean out my nose. It’s been 6 months post-operation and I have had multiple follow up appointments with Dr. Fortes to see how my recovery is progressing. Dr fortes always hears any concerns I have. My confidence has increased tenfold due to my new nose and chin. So glad he suggested a chin implant because I love the way it came out and how it enhances my face, making everything look perfectly symmetrical and natural. I never liked the way my profile looked until now and can't wait until the swelling goes completely down and I’m fully recovered to see the end result. Dr .Fortes removed a lipoma from my back area. So I decided to get a tummy tuck and he did a great job.My stomach is so flat now. If you are considering any plastic surgery he’s the one to go to .March 17 ,2021

To begin, I had 2 gynecomastia surgeries by a different plastic surgeon in July and November of 2020. Both of those surgeries, the surgeon failed to take out the necessary tissue to make my chest flat. When I consulted with the other surgeon (not Fortes), everything felt like a rushed process from the consultation all the way to the actual surgery and post ops. I rarely even had a chance to speak to the surgeon himself, although with Fortes, I had a completely different experience. I was able to meet with Fortes virtually and also for my pre op and all post op visits. I believe that is how it should be if you truly care for your patients and want to see their progress, not just have a nurse look at you. I regret not coming with Fortes first because he is obviously a very experienced surgeon especially in Gynecomastia cases. Despite having 2 insufficient surgeries from my last surgeon, Fortes still helped return symmetry and make my chest flat. Speaking from gynecomastia surgery experience, if I had the choice between Fortes and any other surgeon I’d definitely trust Fortes and his staff anyday. Every nurse there seems to genuinely want to help you and not just treat you as an average patient, their patient coordinator is understanding and great with scheduling you in if you’re from out of town like myself. All in all, I’m really satisfied with my results so far and I cant wait to see myself fully recovered. I feel as if I can finally live my life again without the burden of gynecomastia, thank you Paul!
