I had been fighting sun damage especially on cheeks for nearly 20 years. Fillers, peels, treatments were getting less effective, not lasting as advertised and I hate to think of the aggregate cost. I also had recently noted lax neck skin and the two vertical bands I researched for months, mainly here, and returned to thrice trusted, the highly capable, Dr. Casso, whom I first learned of by word of mouth 8 years ago. While certainly an undertaking and the overnight at Methodist was a definite especially when having multiple procedures, the recovery was less traumatic than expected. Given the positive reinforcement I could see by day 3 when the first stitches came out and the only slight yellowish bruising, the temporary discomfort and fatigue were looking worthwhile. My neck and face are smooth, tight and wrinkle free. I will update in several months as I know the interest we share in the longevity of the fat transfer especially.

For 5 years I was told I had a hernia and to repair it I would need to have bariatric surgery to lose weight. I did. I worked out at the gym every day. We moved away and I changed gyms. Had to quiet the gym and go to work part time for 1 year and 7 months. About 8 months ago 2 new doctors said that I did not have a hernia. I was diagnosed that Diastasis Recti, separation of the abdominal walls. I had to get a new plan, so insurance would not cover a tummy tuck. You would think that if you guts were poking out they would cover it! I found a surgeon, but my primary doctor said get 2nd option that was cheaper. I did. I purchased a recliner to sleep in after my surgery. But, then again....life happens....2 weeks after my surgery we found out we were moving. I had to ask for help to pack my house because I was not to lift more than 5 lbs. Tomorrow will be 15 weeks post op (7-13-17). I am now unpacking a house. No gym yet.

Amazing! Dr. Casso and his staff are some of the most competent, compassionate, caring, and friendly people I've ever met. I've had several procedures done by Dr. Casso and will probably go back for more! He is my "go-to" guy for everything from Botox to cosmetic procedures, and I have recommended him several times to friends and family members. He and his staff are quick to respond to calls if there is ever an issue. He is conservative in his approaches, realistic about outcomes, patient beyond description, and as gentle and kind as can be! I would have absolutely no hesitation about recommending him!

Dr Casso was very professional and did an amazing job. Breast reductions do leave scars but no one ever notices them most people think I had a boob job because they are perky and sit up nicely even after I had a baby. I look thinner younger and I feel 100 lbs lighter. If you have been thinking about doing it don't wait any longer.

Been waiting since first child 29 years ago the second child 25 years ago. Body never the same. No matter how much exercise tummy doesn't change. Finally have excess $$$ available. I have had two (2) previous breast implant surgeries (used two different doctors) and with both, I had capsular contracture. When I went to see Dr. Casso, we discussed in length all of my options to try and make sure it did not happen again. I also had pictures of how I wanted to look (I wanted to look more natural, my other implants you could tell where implants). We also discussed what size I wanted after I healed because the last doctor made me smaller, even though I insisted I wanted to be the same size as my first surgery. Dr. Casso explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It has now been six (6) months and I am so happy with my results. My breast look just like I wanted and I have not had any issues. With my other implants, they had already hardened by now. I would highly recommend Dr. Casso!! Updated on 11 May 2016: Still doing great after a year with my third (3) breast augmentation and this time going submuscular.

I interviewed several surgeons before deciding to have cosmetic surgery. I found Dr. Casso most helpful, honest and realistic in expectations. He took his time and made sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I was very pleased with my results, and his entire staff were very caring and respectful of any concerns i had. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Casso and his staff. One of the first things that I liked about Dr. Casso is that I did not feel pressured, he answered all of my questions - some of them more than once. He was very patient and informative. I also found that his bedside demeanor was even better, which was very comforting to me because I was obviously nervous before the surgery. Following the procedure, he was always available if I had any questions or concerns. On one particular occasion I had some concerns about bruising that occurred after the procedure, he saw me within an hour. (The bruising was normal, FYI). I also felt that he was extremely honest in terms of what I should expect with the procedure. His staff was always very inviting and willing to help in any way. I would refer him to anyone, his experience and knowledge are very evident. I extremely pleased with my results and also extremely pleased with my decision to trust Dr. Casso with the procedure.

Dr. Casso performed a facelift and upper and lower eyelid surgery on me three months ago. He and his staff are exemplary. I've never waited more than 10 minutes in their office and they are all very attentive. I was very scared and apprehensive about having the procedures done, but after meeting Dr. Casso and his staff I felt at ease. The night after the procedures I was a bit uncomfortable just from the dressing and some stiffness, but I experienced absolutely nothing that could be characterized as pain, and never took any pain medication. The aftercare was also excellent, as I was seen in his office every few days for the first three weeks to ensure everything was healing appropriately. After one week, my bruising was almost gone, and within two weeks it barely looked as though I had surgery. At six weeks I went to an annual training with colleagues who I had not seen since last year. I got so many comments such as "you must not be working as hard because you look so rested," "you look wonderful, did you change your hair," etc. I wanted a very natural look and that is what I have. I am extremely happy and thankful for the care I was given by Dr. Casso and his staff, and am pleased to be able to recommend him.
