TT with Lipo—Dr. Moliver is the best around...seriously!

Dr. Moliver made me feel like I genuinely mattered. He listened when I explained what I wanted for my outcome and kept everything 100% real with me. When I contacted him on Christmas day, instead of getting irritated, he applauded me for reaching out with my question/concern. Dr. Moliver is the best around...seriously! Breast Lift with Implants

445 cc under the muscle with breast lift

I love my new set of boobs. I went with 445cc under the muscle along With a donut lift. My sutures from my lift on my left boob did get infected so I had to remove them. My areola ended up being bigger then I expected but no biggy. I’m now 5 months post-op and I started noticing a indention on my left side inner chest. I’ve also noticed a wave under my Areola when lying down. I'm considering getting that checked out and ask about my options on fixing it. Other than that I love them. Updated on 26 Oct 2021: May 12 marked a year since I received my implants. I feel like my boobs fall to the side and my nipples are to high when I lay down from the donut lift I received . I also have an Indention in my chest and I feel like my implants just don’t look normal. WhAt could be the reason for this

Breast implant removal and nipple reduction

I had my implants put in by another doctor in 2007 after breastfeeding my two sons. I had no problems with my implants and they still looked pretty good. But after really getting into fitness and running I felt they no longer fit my lifestyle and body. After a year of thinking about it I started to search for doctors and I had three different consultations. Dr. Moliver was the surgeon I chose. He is well known for his nipple reduction procedure and I really liked that he was not going to remove my capsules. Since I didn’t have any hardness or issues with them. I really appreciated his minimal invasive procedures done under local anesthesia. I’m almost three weeks post op and I’m loving my results and I’m extremely happy that had them removed. I feel like I look like myself now without the implants. I will post pictures at a later date. Updated on 29 Jun 2020: Pictures. I’m by no means perfect but I’m happy with my body. Breast fed to babies (one year each). I had saline implants for 12 and half years with no issues. I was just ready to be implant free because fitness is more important to me and I actually love the “athletic” look. Updated on 3 Feb 2021: I’m still very happy with my decision. It’s been 8 months since I had my 12 year old saline implants removed. My skin has retracted. I’m very small but totally worth it not having them anymore. I didn’t have any health issues when I had I just ready to not look too heavy.

Breast implant revision and reverse TT revision

Implants are 15 yrs old. I didn't realize until recently that my left breast has been bottomed out for many years. Going from 500cc overfilled saline to 650hp silicone. I had BodyTite to multiple areas in 2018 and my upper abdomen looked horrible after. The skin was loose and just hanging. I had a reverse TT with same surgeon to fix this. It helped but I still had a lot of loose skin in the middle, from my belly button up to my breasts. I had a reverse TT revision with same surgeon six months later. The results were not good. Big, thick scars and the location of the incisions caused skin creasing and laxity between my breasts. Also, under my left breast, the scar tissue was especially thick and itchy and in one spot, continued to grow and spread. It was a daily struggle, despite using silicone sheeting and Mederma for the time since the surgery. The shape of my breasts also looked different. This is because my left breast was lower than my right, due to bottoming out, but I was not aware of this at the time because it had always looked that way. If the surgeon had told me my left breast was bottomed out, I could have had that repaired and maybe would have had much better results with the reverse TT. But he never told me. All he said is that my left IMF was lower than he right. The scars, loose and creased skin really affected my self-esteem. I didn't want my husband to see me undressed. I just wanted to feel normal again. I looked worse than before I started this journey to years ago. After much research, stress and soul searching, I found Dr. Moliver. He replaced my breast implants, fixed my bottomed out left breast and revised the reverse TT for the second time. He is very progressive and up to date in surgical care. Also, he does not use opioids after this surgery-it's a regimen of gabapentin, celexicob and ondansatron. And it works wonderfully! My pain is just mild discomfort. Tylenol and ice take care of it. I'm up and walking around. I don't feel drugged out and no constipation. I'm day 2 post-op today and I'm already feeling very optimistic about my results. And now the healing journey begins, which is more challenging than the surgery experience, IMO. Updated on 24 May 2020: Updated on 25 May 2020: Feeling pretty darn good. Showered today with a shower chair and was able to clean myself, wash my hair and do all my dressing changes. Updated on 25 May 2020: Updated on 29 May 2020: Week 1 post-op is over! Finished Celebrex and Gabapentin. Mild discomfort today easily managed with Tylenol. Not sleeping well because I am sleeping on a wedge pillow and typically I am a side sleeper. Next appt is on Thursday next week to remove stitches. I did go in briefly this week because I am paranoid about the left breast bottoming out again and part of the incision looked kind of bulging, but it’s all fine. Thrilled with my reverse TT revision and awaiting the decrease in swelling/dropping/fluffing in my revised breasts. Forgot to mention before I also had a nipple reduction. So, so happy with this! No discomfort at all in nipples and they are healing quickly. I need to post my before pics-you will not believe what my surgeon had to work with. I had no idea it could all look this good after revision. Updated on 5 Jun 2020: My upper abdomen still looks smooth and lovely, swelling is going down on abdomen and breasts. Left and right implants are beginning to drop, the left a bit faster than the right as of this week. Feeling great! I got stitches removed this week and have now applied Silagen to the entire incision. That’s what you can see between my breasts-it was pulling up a little before I showered. Updated on 12 Jun 2020: Getting around well but as my implants drop I’m really feeling pressure on the tissues. Updated on 26 Jun 2020: I am going to try sleeping on my side now. Breasts are softening and rounding out slowly but surely. Incision is really flattening with the silicone dressing.

Dr. Moliver did an excellent job!

I am a 37YO single mother of 2 with a full time job. I have struggled roller coaster weight gain and loss since I was a young adult. I decided to have weight loss surgery with a 97# weight loss result. A little over a year after surgery I wanted to eliminate the extra skin and have breast augmentation. Dr. Moliver was an excellent recommendation from a friend. I followed his recommended after care and recovered in a very timely manner. I am extremely pleased with my results. I have already been recommending him to friends who are considering surgery. I will also continue to use him for any future needs!

My consult with Dr. Moliver was great! He’s got a fantastic personality and 30 years of experience. I found out about him through word of mouth and like that he does a lot of revisions and repairs on botched jobs. I was sold at the consultation and booked my surgery to be done in 3 weeks at his first open appt Updated on 21 Jul 2019: Last minute ended up upping the size to 360cc. So glad I did because anything less would have been too small on my frame. Surgery went absolutely great! Quick and smooth. Arrived at 7a and called back immediately. Met the anesthesiologist before Moliver came in one last time to discuss size and do his markings. I was originally thinking 310-330 cc but last minute we decided on 360. I then walked back to the OR where my iv was started and they verified that my wish pics were correct on the screen. Seconds later I woke up in the recovery room feeling amazing! It was like a blink of an eye and it was done. They gave me some water with a dose of my prescriptions and then went over discharge paperwork. I was out of there feeling great before 10a. Updated on 21 Jul 2019: I have felt amazing through this whole experience no pain at all unless I accidentally do something that flexes my pecs. But as soon as I get out of that position I’m back to zero pain. I took pain prescriptions first 2 days as prescribed but now am only taking Tylenol and still zero pain. Such a relief. I’ve never had surgery done other than lasik so I really didn’t know what to expect but this has been easy breezy. Updated on 24 Jul 2019: Still quite a bit of swelling. Before and after pic provided Updated on 11 Aug 2019: Wow hitting the 3 week milestone is awesome. I am so much stronger and am in waaay less pain when making certain movements. Morning boob is almost a thing of the past too. I’ve been cleared for cardio but haven’t physically been able to run. However I passed the jumping jack test last night and am going to attempt getting back into cardio in a few days. I feel like my boobs are starting to drop some and really just feel like such a part of me now. Very natural and very pleased with the outcome at 3 weeks Updated on 12 Aug 2019: I have been using scar fade and silicone sheets to help with scarring. Pics provided of scars at 3 weeks po Updated on 29 Aug 2019: I had my 6 week post op visit with dr moliver this week. He thinks my boobs should have dropped a little more and has instructed me to continue to not wear a bra and to now use a compression strap on upper pole to help them drop into place more. Other than that I have been feeling amazing. I’m back to all my full workouts at about 95%. Really it’s just minus any pushups at this point. I do Pilates, run, cycle, and orange theory. So happy to be back to my classes. Updated on 29 Aug 2019: Updated on 9 Dec 2019: Very natural looking just as I was hoping for. Sized at Victoria secret last week as a 34 D Updated on 8 Jul 2020: Just wanted to update here. After getting the “natural” breast augmentation I requested I got a little boob greed and decided to double my size. Soooo happy I did. Here’s a couple pics 2 weeks post op. Recovery is even easier the second go round.

Mommy makeover (lift no implants, no TT drains, with lipo); 38 yrs old; 3 kids

Hi folks, I spent months reading reviews and now that I’m about 24 hours post-op, I think it’s only fair to share my experience, too. Yesterday, I had a abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), mastopexy (breast lift) without implant, and liposuction on back (bra fat area) and flanks. I will say, last night I felt amazing. Happy and hardly any pain. I think it’s probably due to the anesthesia? Also, God bless Exparel. It’s the pain killer that they inject insist the surgery sites for pain relief and I’m told it’ll last 3 days. Honestly this stuff is amazing. Sleeping was tough. Part of it is the tenderness from the liposuction (which they do on the flanks as part of the TT), but the other part is that it kind of hurts to move around on your back. While last night I felt great, this morning I hurt. And everything feels tighter. I was expecting this but it still surprised me somehow LOL. I’m hunched over while walking much more than I was last night. One thing that’s unique about my TT is that I don’t have drains. Dr. Moliver in Houston has had great success without drains. I’m happy about that so far. I barely notice anything on the boobs. It’s really all tummy pain. Oh, and they had to do a drain on the right breast bc they had to take out tissue to match the left breast in size (all my babies preferred to nurse at the right breast.). The drain comes out today. Updated on 3 May 2019: My bandages will come off later today so I thought I should share some befores. Breastfeeding really did a number on my breasts and so I’m excited to bring them back up to their previous height. Tummy tuck for obvious reasons; I exercise regularly but it’s just so hard to tighten the skin and lose the protrusion. My drain will also come out later this afternoon. I’m supposed to take a shower later today and I’m terrified! But I’m told I’ll feel better after a shower. Pain is tolerable unless I cough. The secretions from the irritation the breathing caused creates mucus I have to cough up. When I can control it it’s ok, but sometimes I cough involuntarily and that’s the worst! Oh well, to be expected I guess. Updated on 3 May 2019: I just took a shower for the first time and saw my breasts without the bandages and I’m so happy!!! I love the nipple placement and I’m just so excited. Dr. Moliver did such a good job with the lift (no implant). The tummy tuck sutures are a little scary but I’m really excited about how the tummy came out. I’m told the crease will go away - it’s from sutures on the inside and being hunched over so much. But so far the first day post op is going well! Updated on 4 May 2019: Surgery was day 0, and yesterday day 1 was tough. Today is much better. In terms of pain, it feels much more manageable. There is some swelling of the vulva, but I had my first post operation bowel movement and so that is a relief. I got a larger garment because the one I had was too small and chafing a little. Still super pleased with the proportions and will just keep taking it easy. Updated on 5 May 2019: Pain is more manageable today. I’m able to walk around a bit more. Sutures are beginning to itch, so I guess that’s a positive sign. The vulva swelling is uncomfortable; I’ve been using ice packs but not sure they are making a difference. Left breast is bleeding a little so we put some gauze on inside the sports bra. Tummy looks flat (see pics) despite swelling so I’m still really positive on how everything is going. Updated on 6 May 2019: Today was a great day in that I felt hardly any pain and am walking nearly upright. Unfortunately I discovered a small dehiscence on the left breast and had to go in for a small stitch-up. For others to note, he said those dark dots are not what you want to see. It didn’t hurt though; Dr. Moliver numbed the entire area so I didn’t feel a thing. He also noticed I had some excess fluid in the abdomen and drew some of it out with a syringe. I’m glad I went in, thankful to have such a responsive PS, and hoping I feel even better tomorrow. Updated on 10 May 2019: It’s been over a week and definitely feeling much better. I had to have a couple of aspirations earlier this week for a seroma on the right side but haven’t had to do that since Wednesday. This involves draining the fluid out with a syringe. It wasn’t painful; more annoying than anything else. Scars are already thinning so I’m excited about that. Still some swelling in the thighs, hips, and buttocks. On to week 2! Updated on 29 May 2019: I feel like I’m finally getting there! Swelling on left side of abdomen has gone down a lot, and I’m starting to see my new shape. My mobility is back up to nearly 100% and I’ll start stationary bike next week. I have been spitting sutures on the left breast where I had the lift and that is frustrating because it appears to widen the scar a bit. The right breast that got reduced has healed perfectly. TBD on whether I’ll get the spit sutures removed on the left side or leave it be. Other than that I honestly couldn’t be happier. Updated on 20 Dec 2019: Wow; it’s been a while, but I thought I’d share some updates. I’ve worked out moderately, but nothing crazy and am really starting to regain my core strength. I can do a 1 minute plank without any pain or pulling sensation. And even getting definition in the upper abs. I also wanted to share an update on how the breast scars are doing, and I’m super pleased. They are fading fast, faster than I anticipated. All in all, very happy!

I Always Felt Comfortable

It's been a full year since my breast augmention, and I love how they look. I searched and searched for the perfect doctor and Dr. Moliver was my perfect fit. I always felt welcomed and his staff is super friendly. My operation was quick and my scars are very well hidden and almost non existent. (super smooth) That was my main concern and he reassured me that wouldn't be a problem.

Traveling Patient - Dr. Moliver is the BEST!!!

Dr. Moliver is amazing! I contemplated a breast augmentation for years. Once I found him and saw his work, I knew he was the only one I would trust to do my surgery. You can see in his before and after pictures that his results are different – more natural and beautifully shaped than any other surgeon’s. I traveled from Florida to Houston for my surgery. Dr. Moliver and his team made the process so smooth and clear for me. Communication is great, and I felt confident with every step thanks to their great attention to detail. Being out of state, my post-op appointments were done via Skype to make them more convenient for me. Even so, I’ve had all my questions clearly answered and felt like as important of a patent as if I was right there in the office. I am so happy with my results and have never felt better!!
