I am 55 years old and have had major weight loss of almost 200 pounds and left with excessive skin I wanted removed. Dr. Steele is working at my pace and has the BEST bedside manner in a physician I have ever experienced. He is very skilled and the results of both of my surgies (Abdonminplasty and Brachioplasty) thus far have excedded my expectations. I am pleased and anxious to continue my journey with him. Like many others I have had large breasts since I was about 12 years old. I was wearing a 36DDD bra when I was 14, but I was spilling out of it so that probably wasn't my actual size. I was a 36H when I was about 20. Now I'm 26 and have lost a little weight I'm a 34I. I have been wanting to get breast reduction surgery since I was about 17 yo and basically have been researching breast reductions since then. So I'm definitely sure I want the surgery done. This week I finally scheduled a consultation with a plastic surgeon. It's next month and I'm excited to finally start this process. :) Updated on 24 Sep 2022: Today I had two consultations. They took pictures, asked about my medical history and sent for approval from insurance. I'm honestly not sure if my insurance (UHC) even covers breast reduction, but we'll see! If insurance doesn't cover it I'm willing to pay out of pocket for it. Updated on 29 Sep 2022: The surgeon's office called and said my insurance (United Health Care Choice Plus) excludes breast reduction completely. So I will have to pay out of pocket. :( They are going to call me back next week with an out of pocket quote. Updated on 11 Oct 2022: Pre op appointment and surgery scheduled. Pre op will be December 2nd and surgery will be December 22nd. I had to pay a $1500 non refundable deposit to secure the surgery date. The total cost will be $11,000. I plan on using care credit and savings to pay for the surgery since insurance doesn't cover it. Updated on 22 Mar 2023: Before and after. 2 months post op. 36H/I to 36D. The right breast is bigger than the left, but pretty similar size. About 900 grams removed from each breast. The bra I was wearing in the before pic wasn't that supportive btw. Updated on 30 Sep 2024: I had breast reduction surgery in December of 2022 with Dr. Steele. Everyone at the office was friendly and made the process easy. I was able to schedule the surgery a few months after my consultation. I barely felt any pain post op. I didn't need to take any narcotics for pain.

I had my breast reduction 02/02/2021 and I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Steele. Dr. Steele and his team have been so wonderful and helpful throughout this journey. I felt very confident I had made the right decision. I am one day post op and I can't begin to tell you the relief I already feel. I am a little sore but that is to be expected. Still the soreness is not as bad as say my gallbladder surgery. I was approximately a 44 H, and am now approximately a b/c, with approximately 16 pounds removed. Again I am one day out, so once the swelling goes down we will know what exact size they will be. I should have done this years ago. What a life changing experience this has already begun to be!

I was very impressed with Dr. Steele and his team. Everyone was very welcoming and he recommended and placed the perfect size implant for my breast argumentation. The whole process was quick and fairly easy.

I had a lower body lift and breast lift and augmentation and I am very happy with the results and had a great experience. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse Erica always gets back to me right away when I call with any questions.

Dr. Steele is GREAT he is patient, understanding and very good at his job. He was a blessing for me as well as the staff. Everyone is great including the staff at the medical center were I received my surgery I could not have asked for a better group of people. I thank each and everyone that had a hand in my care.

The office staff is phenomenal! From the initial consultation through the post operative appointments I have always been treated with respect and kindness. All questions were answered promptly, even the random ones I emailed in between appointments.
