Dr Lain was great, he gave me several options and discussed everything in detail. We decided on the correct fillers to add more volume to my face. Very convenient location in Steiner Ranch, staff was great!

I have been at this office several times, the doctor is very kind and professional, I am satisfied with the results, I believe he likes what he does and he tries to do his best every time. Once I had a reaction to the treatment, I called his cellphone and he immediately called back (it was a Sunday) and gave me a prescription. I was at the Steiner Ranch clinic and everyone was very nice and helpful.

I have done 2 of 3 Photofacials on my face, neck and chest area, which have truly refreshed my skin. Brown spots are lighter and some are even gone altogether. The specialist was incredible and I felt safe and in good hands during all my visits. I have one more visit this summer. It's so important to be in safe, trustworthy hands during doctor visits....new technology is great and gives us patients new options for our skin. But I sometimes wonder if pop-up-clinics that offer skin solutions have properly trained their staff and/or know what they're doing. There's no reversing a mistake with your skin! I never feel like I have to worry about that with Dr. Lain and his staff. Aside from Photofacials, I have done laser hair removal, facials and visited the medical side of the clinic for skin checks and wart removal. I highly recommend this practice.

I am so happy with my experience with Steiner Ranch Dermatology and my Cellfina results are amazing. Dimples are gone!! Even though my dimple were mild, they bothered me. I feared as I aged they would get worse. My after pictures were take one month after the procedure and I can see a big difference. Dr. Lain and the staff made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. The procedure was a piece of cake. I played on my phone through the whole process. I was a little uncomfortable during the numbing part because he is injecting you but felt nothing else. It took about 45 minutes and I was done. My treatment was done on a Friday and I was a little sore over the weekend. I was back at work on Monday and working out in two weeks. I had loose skin under my chin, discolored skin, and laugh lines. Jennifer used Botox and Restylane on my face. Botox on my forehead and around eyes and Restylane around my lip area and laugh lines. The results were fantastic and immediate. This encouraged me to get another procedure. I saw Stacey for the Exilis treatment. She was VERY SWEET and went out of her way to make me comfortable. I drank lots of water before the procedure. I explained to her that I had saved for a long time to be able to improve my appearance. She reassured me that she had done the procedure many times with great results. After we finished the series of procedures, I still didn't see a change. She told me that it would take a while for the skin to tighten. She then did an IPL treatment on me. She said I would only need one because I didn't have that much damage. She told me that my freckles would darken more and the other discolored areas would darken more and then fall off. I avoided the sun and did everything she suggested including not rubbing my face or washing aggressively. My skin never peeled at all. Truly, even though the procedure was painful, the results were as if I had just washed my face with soap and water. NOTHING CHANGED. The injections wore off three weeks afterward. I now have a deep line above my lip where one of the injections had been placed. There isn't a laugh line here and I didn't have the line before. It doesn't go away. I mentioned all of this to Stacey and she told me about a special they were running the following month on Botox. I do not make very much money and I have to save for a long time to have these kinds of things done. I later showed my face to a co-worker who has had Botox. She said sometimes doctor's dilute the serum. I am not sure why this very expensive treatment lasted less than a month. I do not remember the exact cost and am guessing based on what I had saved up. Very frustrating.
