As you realize advice by mail is not as accurate as advice in person, however you gave some very useful information. As a tall woman going from a barely B to a medium C you will require more volume than the average 5' 4" woman. Although I never promise a cup size, it does allow communicaton to understand how big you want to go. I like to know your nipple to inframammary fold distance as well as the BWD because it allows me to assess your skin envelope.

With your BWD of 14 cm, I would probably choose an implant with a base diameter approximately 13 cm so your breast drapes over the implant even if it is under the muscle. That leads me to the approximate size of a high profile 400 cc silicone implant or a moderate plus profile saline implant filled to approximately 400 cc.
