Finally did it! :D My husband and I have been discussing me getting implants for at least 15 years, probably closer to 20 years actually, and I finally did it. I kept putting it off because there was always something else I could use the money for. I could never actually justify spending this much money on me. It's a lot of money! Sorry I didn't start my review until a week after my procedure, so the dates may show weird, but I will notate the days, etc in my review for the day. Holy COW!! I actually did it!

Absolutely love Dr. Pastrick. I am 37 years old I had wanted a breast augmentation for years finally got up the nerve and he was my first and only choice. I wasn't sure of the size I wanted when I made my first appointment so I explained my concerns and what I would like then totally left it up to him to decide what the best size would be for my body type, and I can honestly say he done a wonderful job. Minimum scaring, Very slight pain when trying to get up after sitting or lying. Did not have to take any pain meds what so ever. Only bad part was having to sleep on my back because I am not a back sleeper. I was so worried going into this because I do not tolerate pain very well but it was an absolute walk in the park. I would recommend Dr. Pastrick to anyone and will forever use him for anything I decide to do as long as he continues to practice. Hands down the best of the best!

At age 65, I decided to do something bold for myself after years of neglect. I started researching Plastic Surgeions in the TN, GA & SC areas. With all the intense searches and after many months I kept coming back to Dr. Pastrick and am so glad I did. His credentials are outstanding. His work a piece of art. My daughter owns her business and her clients had nothing but praise for Dr. Pastrick and his staff. I made my decision to go on this journey and proceded with Dr. Pastrick. He and his staff were so professional and caring. Could no have asked for better care before and after surgery. Healing excellently at 4 weeks post-op and am very pleased with my results. If you are looking for the perfect plastic surgeon then you need to look no farther.

From my fort consultation, I knew Dr. Pastrick was the one who I wanted to perform my BA. He was professional and courteous, and told me exactly what was possible AND safe. I came into my consultation wanting my BA one way, but he clearly knows what is best for the patient. I am thrilled with my results so far!

Excellent. 12 years ago had saline implants by another surgeon. One ruptured. Dr. Patrick got me in asap and worked me in for surgery. The entire team was wonderful, caring and professional. Set up in his office/surgery center is great.

I want to thank everyone who has volunteered their story. It has helped me so much to know I am not in this alone. My story starts in October when I had scheduled to get a tummy tuck on December 17 November 1 -I went in for my yearly mammogram they called me back wanting a biopsy I had breast cancer stage 0 with no chemo or radiation but it was still in a large section of my left breast so I decided on double mastectomy with expanders I was a large DD so have decided to go smaller I had no problems with surgery some discomfort but it was to be expected I started my saline feels January once a month until end of March then two in April (625cc total) I only had some discomfort the last two feels. I am 5ft 4 -140 lb I am being brave by doing both the exchange from expanders to implants and tummy tuck I would like everyone to pray for me Friday May 20 I am excited to finally get my tummy tuck and thank God my cancer is gone Here are a few pre opt picturesLast edited 05/16/16 Updated on 24 May 2016: I went in at 5 am to prep for surgery The surgery lasted about four hours they had me up walking 3 hrs after the surgery I had some discomfort not as bad as thought. They sent me home around 4pm I sleep the until the next morning Day two I started getting nausea and a bad headache the Dr called me in a presc for nausea wasn't able to eat or drink until late the third day Forth day eating foods with fiber. Headache and nausea are better My sweet husband took off a whole week to take care of me love him so mush after 30 yrs. Will not see the results until tomorrow I will put up pictures then --still haven't had a BM Updated on 26 May 2016: This is 6day post opt My plastic surgeon Gregory Pastrick is a mircle worker Love his staff Amanda has been the nurse that has worked close with me she is amazing My pain is at a minimal I am shocked how well I'm doing up to this point Doing the reconstruction along with the tummy tuck I am so greatful I have my figure back my next appt will be Tuesday will feel you in next dr appt on before and after measurements Updated on 28 Jun 2016: Sorry it's been a while since my last entry this is a wake up call to all who have surgery of any kind if you feel nausea ,pain get up and walk every 2 to 4 hrs after surgery I did not due to nausea 3 days of no food little to drink and on pain meds I was a ticking time bomb my husband tried but I was so sick at two weeks post I started to get pains in both calf muscles right was worse had a hard time walking call my dr next day he said go straight to the emergency room so I did it was a deep thoracic blood clot I was lucky it was small and had traveled to the lungs they put me on blood thinners Dr Pastrick came by the hospital to see how I was doing I can tell he cares about his patients he is this best PS in this area I doing great now and still happy with my new look here a a couple of new photos Updated on 28 Jun 2016: Sorry I need to start pre reading before I post wow

I consulted with my surgeon and he stated I would need a lift as well, which I was not excited about! I got a second opinion, not because I didn't trust my PS (I had already scheduled surgery and paid my deposit), just to hear it from someone else too! I was not wanting the scars from an anchor lift, but I eventually came to terms with it! After making the decision to do one surgery instead of two I went in again to see my PS about sizes, profile, silicone vs saline...yes, I am sure I drove him crazy asking 3 million questions! My PS recommended 375cc, I asked for larger if possible, which he said he would do if it would not compromise my blood supply. He did as he said he would and I ended up with 400cc's! So far everything has been great. I go for my Post-Op on Monday and finally get to see what they look like! Updated on 2 May 2016: 5 days Post-Op. The first day I time I got to see what they look like! I love them...but I wish they were a little bigger! Updated on 15 May 2016: I know the scars look good for this stage in the healing process but I have to admit I had a full blown meltdown the other day when I took these pics. Lol...they are so big I can't really see under them so I hadn't truely seen the scars in detail until I seen these pictures! I feel better about them today than when I had my meltdown. I plan an using Embrace on the scars once my PS says I can start scar treatment. He says I don't need to use Embrace (it is expensive!) that scar cream/gel or regular silicone strips (Embrace has silicone but also keeps tension off the inscions) but I have made up my mind that I want to use Embrace so I am. I will post better photos and another update soon!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my procedures. I wanted a natural look and my face looked natural not pulled tight and fake. They eye procedures turned out fantastic. I will continue to see him as needed. He and his staff were very kind and reassuring about the procedures. They continued to follow me closely until I had completely healed.

Always wanted to feel more confident with having breasts so I did some research and went for a consultation and was extremely happy. I love the outcome of my surgery and Dr. Pastrick and staff are wonderful. I didn't feel ashamed in any way. I would definitely recommend him to first time patients. I was swollen for about 2 wks but afte a month I started to see my results. 6 months down the line I am content with my decision, I love my breasts now. I was originally a 34A and now I'm a 34C. I didn't go big because I'm a petite lady. But the size is perfect for me.
