I was referred to him through a friend. Dr. McFadden is the first and only PS I have ever been to and I wouldn't think about switching. His staff is kind and caring. The front desk is always willing to help with any questions or concerns that I am having. I was very nervous about having botox for the first time and they were very quick to talk with me about the pro's and cons. These guys are the best!

Dr. McFadden and the staff at Advanced Cosmetics are wonderful! Dr. McFadden is very knowledgeable and he takes time to explain everything to you. He and his staff are all very friendly. I will recommend Advanced Cosmetics to anyone wanting cosmetic procedures.

If you live in Greenville Sc this is the Dr for you! Dr. McFadden was very nice and made me feel comfortable immediately. He did a GREAT job, take a look at my pics and you can see for yourself. I had no idea my tummy could look this way! It turned out much better than I could have even dreamed of! The staff is excellent, and the nurses are super nice. I had all my questions answered and I felt I was treated wonderfully. The office manager is very nice and runs a smooth and professional office. Loved my experience!
