Dr. Mounsey was referred by my family doctor, in hopes he could help me with my nasal issues. He was able to perform a rhinoplasty and injectable. He is outstanding and extremely well informed about his work. Dr. Mounsey was very detailed and I am very content. I have recommended him since my procedure and I will continue to recommend him.

Dr Mounsey did an amazing job. I had a twisted septum which made it hard to breathe through my nose so often I'd have to breathe through my mouth, especially while sleeping. My nose is very straight now. He also removed a really bad dorsal hump I had, narrowed my wide tip and elevated the droopiness; all of which was more on the cosmetic side. It looks natural and no one can tell that I've had work done.. Only that wow, I look different ;)

I had Rhinoplasty 3 years ago by Dr. David Hacker (etobicoke), it was a very horrible experience as he had the worst manners, worst listener, was more about creating a look he thinks was best, did not improve my breathing, nose looked worse than before surgery. I chose Dr. Hacker due to living in Etobicoke. 3 years later I did thorough research on Doctors specializing in Rhinoplasty, Dr. Mounsey's name was at the top, backed up by excellent ratings and numerous positive reviews. I had revision rhinoplasty and had my nostrils narrowed, I could not be more happier. Dr. Mounsey is very down to earth and an excellent listener. I got exactly what I wanted, the results were very natural. I did not expect the results to exceed my expectations, I am extremely pleased with the results and would only recommend this doctor to anyone who is wanting a subtle or dramatic difference through Rhinoplasty. Dr. Mounsey is exceptionally polite, the whole process from consultation to seeing him in the operating room is comforting and reassuring. I am very happy with the outcome of this complicated procedure to correct my nose. I found Dr. Mounsey to be very reassuring and professional and he explained the procedure in detail. I was very distressed when I first went to see Dr. Mounsey as I was not treated fairly by other doctors I sought out for assistance which left me unsure if anything could be done to correct the deformity and infected tissues. Dr. Mounsey put me at ease and reassured me that the corrective surgery he proposed would give me a good result. I would recommend Dr. Mounsey to anyone seeking facial surgery he was compassionate to me and treated me with respect and dignity. Thank you for helping me. The $800.00 cost is for the filler used after the surgical procedure which was covered through OHIP.

About two years before my rhinoplasty surgery I had broken my nose twice resulting in a screwed up septum and a hump on the bridge. My main concern was to fix my breathing issue and then to remove the bump but maintain a natural looking nose. The surgery was long since the bone had grown twisted after I broke it. Dr. Mounsey broke the bone, set it, fixed my septum and did considerable work on my tip.

This past winter Dr Mounsey corrected my septum placement and also touched up a bump on my nose which I had since my childhood. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Dr Mounsey truly has a passion for his work which was made apparent by the great outcome of the procedure. All in all, I have less obstruction of my sinus pathways and a more aesthetically appealing but subtle change to the look of my nose. Its been 3 months since my procedure and Dr Mounsey has followed up with me on several occasions to ensure things are healing nicely. 

When you are not happy about the way you look, nothing can make you feel better than doing something about it. It wasn't an easy decision, but one I had thought about for many years. It was worth it. What surprised me most, was the pain and the healing time. After the surgery, a simple extra strength Tylenol was all that was required. The healing time was much faster than I had anticipated. The change in my appearance was such that I had many compliments on how well I looked, but the look was so natural, that except for my closest friends, no one could ascertain that I had had surgery. I am happier in my appearance than I have been in years. It was worth every penny spent.

Dr. Mounsey did my rhinoplasty. The results were amazing. The nose looked natural and my breathing was improved. 

I've wanted a nose job for a very long time because I hated my bulky bridge that made my nose look huge and "out of place". It especially showed in pictures, which I avoided like the plague. All I wanted was to fix the width of my bridge in relation to my nose's tip and make it smoother. However, I also wanted a natural looking nose and I didn't want to come out unrecognizable either. As an African American, the last thing I wanted was another Michael Jackson cookie-cutter nose! Luckily I found Dr. Mounsey who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty. He understood exactly what I wanted and my new nose is beautiful! My face is more balanced and it really shows in pictures. Best of all, it is so natural, no one can guess I've had anything done. Only my friends who knew beforehand about my surgery plans see the difference.
