I have wanted a mommy makeover for over 8 years now and I finally was able to have it done! I am post op day 4 and So far my experience has been nothing short of amazing with Dr Zannis and his staff! Updated on 18 May 2024: Updated on 20 May 2024: Follow up appointment. Updated on 20 May 2024:

I had a BBL two years ago. I was 20 years old and just wanted to move some fat to make my butt more fuller. He gave me exactly what I wanted. Two years later I’m still amazed. I was back to work in 2 weeks. No narcotics were needed for my recovery.

The Dr. Zannis team is everything I wanted and needed to complete my tummy tuck revision. In 2016, my original TT left me disfigured and regretful. My TT was 6/20 and Dr. Zannis worked his magic to fix my botched tummy tuck. My experience from the consultation to my first post op appointment has amazing. Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Zannis deserves an award for fixing my tummy.

Feb 2022 - Started my research for a local Surgeon. I've wanted this for 10 years and thought "What was I waiting for at this point?". I had my daughter at 16, I am 27 & I've always had asymmetry and less than desirable breasts even before my daughter. Time to fix it! Received recommendations to Zannis by several people and learned he backs his work which is always a good sign in my opinion. March 2022: Completed the free online consultation. I Booked! $500 Deposit. $9,500 for Breast Lift, Breast Implants with Lipo of the Armpit with balance due at Pre-Op. His Nurse was very nice and answered all my questions even when I called her back a few times. Since they have a Fly In Program, I think it would benefit them to have more documents uploaded to the website or a patient portal to better explain the process especially the process of Medical Clearance & what that consists of. Had I not known to ask the nurse about Medical Clearance I probably would have been scrambling 2 weeks before surgery. I am assuming he gives the order for the clearance and labs at Pre Op, I am still not sure. The nurse said this would be discussed at Pre Op (2 weeks prior to surgery). My primary, who she said is to complete the clearance is always booked out months so I would not have gotten an appointment with them in less than a week for a medical clearance. Maybe I am over worried and Urgent care or "NP on Demand" can complete the clearance quickly and ill be fine but I am a planner. I don't want to risk anything happening resulting in a reschedule as I have booked a BBL for 4 months later, traveling to Miami with everything paid. I have confidence that I can call the nurse and ask for a better explanation of the process, I just haven't yet. So far I am pleased with how this journey is going and am so excited. Excited to be boobyfied by #theboobdoc.

I am 63 years old and I am three months out from my Mommy Makeover and I feel and look amazing! Dr Zannis and his staff were so kind, friendly, professional and above all passionate! I can’t say enough great things about this whole process. It makes the pain from having surgery worth it and I’m only a week post op! The staff was so kind and are there to answer all of my silly questions. The implants already look and feel so natural. I’m only 28 but I wish I had done this sooner!

Dr. Zannis and his staff were truly amazing!!!! Everyone was very pleasant and super courteous. The establishment is very clean and I have to add that it smells wonderful as soon as you walk through the front door. They made me feel comfortable and most importantly they were all there for any need or concern that I had every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Zannis for you next procedure!

I have always been underwhelmed by my breast. They were small, slightly puffy nipples, and my nipples point East and West. After breastfeeding my son for 13 months, they're even worse now due to size change and deflation. I met with Dr. Zannis for a consult on 12/18/19 regarding BA or BL/BA. I'm scheduled for BL/BA on 1/16/20, with hopes of doing 450cc HP silicone under muscle. Updated on 18 Jan 2020: I wasn’t in any shape to do an update after surgery. Dr. Zannis ended up doing a periareolar lift and placed the implants under the crease. 440cc Sientra 106 HP, submuscular. Anesthesia made me so nauseous I couldn’t keep anything down for about 12 hours after, even with Zofran. I felt like I was drunk and everything was spinning. Very little sleep the night after surgery. Last night I was able to sleep a decent amount and today I was able to do a lot more moving around and felt better up moving than just laying in bed. I had my first shower this evening, I’m worn out but it felt amazing.

Everyone in the office is so pleasant, from the minute I walked in to the minute I was on the table for my procedure. Dr Zannis listened to my concerns about incision sites and gave me honest answers, was still willing to respect my wishes if I wanted to stick to my decision. I am so glad to have Dr Zannis in New Bern and I didn’t have to travel to Raleigh or Charlotte for top quality and excellent service.

I’ve known for years and years I would one day get my boobs done. It really just came down to timing and $ of which I was able figure out at this time in my life! I am 5’ 2’’ and about 135 lbs. My bwd was right around 11! I went to a few consultations and ended up doing with Dr. Zannis In New Bern, NC. Absolutely LOVED his staff, his nurse (was awesome and so encouraging and helpful) and he was comforting, straight to the point, and knew exactly what he was doing. I will attach some before pictures.
