I have always been self conscious about my breast. I would always say when I turn 40 I was going to "put my boobs back where they're suppose to be". Well 40 came and went and 41 was about to do the same until meeting Dr. Kreymerman. On 11/23/15 I had bilateral breast lift with implants and I have never been happier. I never thought I would look at my breast and smile.

I found out that I carry the BRCA2 gene mutation. My Mother and identical twin sister are breast cancer survivors. After meeting with several physicians, I chose to have prophylactic bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction. I visited the office multiple times to complete the reconstruction process.

I discovered that I had the BRCA2 genetic mutation and decided to go ahead with preventative bilateral mastectomies after consulting with several other physicians. I went back to see Dr. Kreymerman several times during the expansion period. I finished the reconstruction phase at the end of March 2015.

Wow, its nice to find a doctor who doesn't have a scripted sales pitch, takes a sincere interest in you, and strives to give you excellent results. Another Raleigh plastic surgeon had such a convuluted appointment procedure (I had to call to make an appointment for a phone call appointment where I was told to take pics of myself prior to an in office appointment for a doc whose name rhymes with Maw...yeah no thanks!) My first impression of Dr. Kreymerman is he someone I can trust who will take exceptional care of me. Can't wait for my surgery! Updated on 8 Dec 2015: I will post pics once I shower. My abs are sore-like strained muscle sore and my skin is too tight to stand upright just yet....but I can already see how flat my stomach is. My breast feel amazing-that was an implant exchange so I have minimal soreness-mostly around the nipple and clevage area...but they feel so good from the outside. Surery went well, Dr. Kreymerman is showed great attention to detail and he has a great sense of humor. Can't wait to see how I heal. Updated on 10 Dec 2015: I will get a pic up when hubby gets home. Today I feel a lot better, not much drainage and I can sit down with little to no pain. I took a shower last night and got to take a good look...I love it all! Updated on 12 Dec 2015: Sorry for the delay, the line you see below my belly button it just a fold from swelling. It is slowly disappearing. I was told prior to the surgery that I may not have enough skin to completely remove the area where my okd belly button was-so I will have a small verticle scar....but thats why I have that odd verticle line beneath my new belly button. Updated on 12 Dec 2015: After 3 kids, I decided I wanted to get the skin on my stomach fixed and as a bonus, go a little bigger with my breast implants. I got exactly the size I wanted for my implant exchange and the tummy tuck looks great even with the swelling. Dr. Kreymerman was easy to talk to and explained the pros and cons of what I was looking to have done. His office worked hard to ensure I got an earlier date as some plans changed with my job and I needed to have the surgery about a month earlier than originally discussed. The entire process was easy and the recovery has been smooth. I have only felt minimal swelling/soreness from the implant exchange. I can almost stand upright on day 5 from the tummy tuck-but I am not forcing it and just letting my body relax. The swelling has gone down quite a bit after five days and the drain has been easy to manage and seems to really be doing a great job. My tummy tuck scar is low and short with only one fold on the left side that is diminishing with the reduction of swelling-this speaks volumes of Dr. Kreymerman's ability to plan and manage the scar he will use to close up a tummy tuck. I am very impressed with his work, his staff is extremely responsive and a huge help. I am very happy I went with him! Updated on 24 Dec 2015: I feel great! I do have the occasional back pain because my abs aren't really holding me up just yet...but each day I feel stronger. My bra size *drum roll* 36DD just what I wanted!!! And they feel fantastic inside and out. My stomach...ugh....it is amazing. I will take pics tomorrow....I have not been able to feel my ab muscles like this in atleast 9 years :) I have a lump of swelling at the very top of my abs and around my incision. I have a bad habit of stretching before Im fully awake...and I think that might be contributing to the remaining swelling and muscle spasms. I started the 4 times a day scar massage....I have started to itch so the rubbing it just wonderful. Updated on 2 Mar 2016: Stomach feels great. The muscle repair has taken some strain off my back. I do have a very little bit of crepey (is that even a word?) From my old belly button that may need to be snipped but other than that-healing is beautiful.

I could have and would have gone anywhere for my facelift. I choose Dr. Kreymerman after seeing his beautiful results. I like a natural look and that's exactly what I got. Huge improvement in my jowls, loose skin, and old looking neck, but I still look like me! I highly recommend him. Dr. Kreymerman could work anywhere. I hope he's here forever.

I was not sure at first and was a bit afraid, but the Doctor was very easy to talk to. After having the procedure that went well, and the recovery went well, I was more energetic. I had less shoulder and back pain making it easier to get around and do the things I was not able to do before the procedure. I was very happy I had it done and would recommend any one thinking of needing plastic surgery to see Dr. Kreymerman. I think he is a great Doctor!

In a little more than a month I will be taking this leap and having surgery. I am terrified for several reasons. 1. its my face. 2. my husband will be taking care of me and not sure I want him to see me like this. 3. I don't have a long time for recovery. :( I know that I want to have this done and seeing all the journeys makes me excited to get this over with. :) Deep breath... it will happen. Updated on 24 Oct 2014: adding photos Updated on 6 Nov 2014: Had my last pre op appointment with the Dr. today... I was having serious doubts and completely freaked out before my appointment. But after talking to the dr. I was very calm, confidant and actually excited. 18 days here I come... Updated on 16 Nov 2014: Well I am seven days away from this new adventure. I have picked up all my prescriptions and today was the last day of taking all my vitamins and supplements. This next week is going to be crazy busy with work, a ball on friday and football game on saturday. I think that is a good thing because i have less time to dwell on this. I will admit i have second thoughts but then I will take a pic to send to my kids of the animals and me in the background and I look at my face and know I am doing the right thing for me. I am not looking for miracles but if I could just look in the mirror and think yes that is a person I know I will be a very happy lady. Updated on 19 Nov 2014: Thought I would take some "selfies" a few days before just for comparison. Updated on 26 Nov 2014: It has been rough. My surgery lasted longer than thought but after was horrible- despite all the best efforts of dr and awesome nurses I couldnt keep anything down including pain meds so it was a rough night. Still hurting but getting a little easier. Updated on 28 Nov 2014: Feeling better today going easier on the painkillers to try and help with nausea. I am eating better which is nice. I am still very swollen and my mouth droops when I talk- I am sure it has to do with the swelling which the dr tells me is a little more than usual because of all the getting sick for the first 24+ hours. I am sure I am going to love the end result but as I suspected it is really hard for my husband to see me in this in between stage... Updated on 1 Dec 2014: Well today was one week out and I was not at all ready to be out in the world again. My Dr. told me to take 3 weeks off but my company would not let me and I was hoping being young and in good health I would heal fast and be okay. Ugh... That being said I made it through but was so exhausted all day and all I wanted to do was hide in my office (for the most part I was able to do that). I still feel like my face is way to swollen and fat looking and when I talk my mouth droops on one side (hoping that is just the swelling). I do like my profile so much better- I actually have a jaw and a neck... who knew. :) I see the dr tomorrow and get stitches out yay... for now just resting as much as I can. Updated on 9 Dec 2014: This week was so much easier than last week. I still have a lot of swelling but after about Wednesday I left so much better and was not afraid to actually see people at work. The only two concerns I had this week were not being able to talk really well without my mouth doing this funny loopsided thing- it felt almost like I had just been to the dentist and my mouth was numb. The other concern is my earlobes- they look a little funny. Other than that I am feeling soo much better about my decision to have this work done. Updated on 4 Jan 2015: I still have some pain and when I talk for a loooong time sometimes my mouth still does the crooked thing. But I still have swelling and am so loving the results so far. Very happy with my decision!!

I'm 27 yrs old and have been considering having implants put in since 2011. I had gastric bypass in 2010 and lost over 100lbs. After my weight loss I was left with hardly any breasts. I'm very happy that I chose to have breast augmentation, I feel complete again. Dr. K and his staff are great to work with. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Dr. Kreymerman did a fabulous job on my breast lift and implant removal! He has great skills as a surgeon, and I now have a shapely, uplifted and more youthful appearance! Always professional and attentive, Dr. Kreymerman carefully considers any of my questions and concerns. Kudos to his staff as well!
