A friend referred me. The second I walked in I felt at ease Dr Dickerson addressed any concerns I had . The results were Amazing botox I continue to come back for and after only one treatment of lazer my tattoo is about gone . The staff is friendly and professional .I will continue to come back .Dr Dickerson is a great Dr I couldn't have asked for better

I found out about Dr. Dickerson on the internet and a person I met in Fayetteville at Hobby Lobby.Updated on 4 Feb 2013:I found out about Dr. Dickerson on the internet and a person I met in Fayetteville at Hobby Lobby. I made an appt. last week with Cape Fear Aesthetics and medical spa. I was given an immediate appt for a free consultaion. Upon arrival I found the medical spa beautiful, and the personel wonderful. I met with Dr. Dickerson. He went over my wants and desires never pushing me one way or another. He asked what he could do to make me happy. They worked with me financially to give me the most for my money to include coupons and a military discount. I am totally impressed and would recomemnd Cape Fear Aesthics med spa to anyone.

Dr. D is one of the few doctors who you just want to sit and talk with all afternoon. He answers all your questions, gives you all the options, and makes suggestions....but never pressures you to do more than you want to do. His staff is excellent! They all work together to make any procedure fun, easy, safe, and all-around satisfying. I met Dr. D and his staff about 5 years ago when my daughter's friend worked on his staff. We enjoyed an Open House day and i decided to go back and have some work done. I have moved away from Fayetteville BUT have always travel back to Dr. D to have any cosmetic work done. He's the best!!!!!!!

Dr D and everyone at Cape Fear Aesthetics is great. Dr D always takes time to address all your questions and concerns. His staff is also always helpful and there to make you feel special and like part of the family. I was referred to CFA by a friend and would highly recommend CFA for surgery and/or spa treatments.

my choice was made based off all the real world results of his other patients. I've been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. D even before being combat wounded by a roadside bomb in Iraq. I am giving him an excellent across the board because Dr. Dickerson was honest with me concerning what to expect and what he would do for me. Even with my concern during the first week after my surgery, I was able to get an appointment the next day and was reassured that everything was healing and I was doing a great job of keep it clean. He made me feel confident in his abilities and in doing so I felt more at ease throughout the entire process. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Dickerson. I am truly thankful that I chose Dr. Dickerson to help change my life and confidence in myself. I was always made fun of about the size of my nose and had been self conscious about it ever since I was a little girl. It also didn't help that had problems breathing and couldn't understand why. As soon as I went in to meet Dr. Dickerson to talk about what he could do to help me I knew I was in the right place. He and his staff were so understanding and compassionate; I knew that he would take care of me. Dr. Dickerson prepared me for everything and when I saw the end result as well as the change in myself I knew that it was worth every bit. The care shown just made the process so much easier to deal with. What he did for me motivated me in other areas of my life and I made some minor changes of my own before I even had the procedure done. I started seeing a beautiful woman within myself before my surgery so when it was finally done, what I saw in the mirror was like the icing on the cake. Dr. Dickerson, Toni, and everyone involved in this process were truly a blessing to me and I will forever be grateful. I cant thank him enough.

This rating is well deserved!!!! and then some. Dr. D and Staff is wonderful, outstanding. I have had the best experience! I originally went to Dr. D for my Sinus issues,Which went great! As I was there for my post op check up I saw this flyer about HCG. I have heard about but never knew a Dr I trusted that did it, but I thoroughly trust Dr. D, so I gave it a try. This was gonna be my last attempt to try and loose weight without going threw surgery. I put my trust and faith into Dr. D again, and again Dr.D and Staff were great with the support and the results. I lost over 30 pounds, Not only do I look so much better but I feel outstanding. As a health care professional I am very active and need to be on my feet all day. The weight loss made it so much easier to continue doing what I love. Thank you again Dr. D & Staff :)

There is no rating high enough for the courteous and respectfulness of Dr. Dickerson and his staff. When I had my botox done I was amazed at how fantastic the experience was. I was a bit nervous but Dr. Dickerson was very informative and answered any questions I had. I was literally treated like family! i will def. go back and will tell anyone and everyone about my experience. The staff was super!

I had went to a few different doctors; one in a town I lived in before moving to the area and another in Fayetteville; but my "regular " was booked before an event I was going to I did an online search and found Dr. Dickerson. I am so glad I did. He was not only very good with the procedure (virtually painless) but also had an awesome skincare line available along with a full spa all in the facility.

I don't know who is writing all those glowing reviews, but during my initial visit he was arrogant and my fears weren't taken seriously, so I should have cancelled then and gone to a different doctor. The final appointment ran very late, and he left a 2 mm stitch under my skin that I had to take out myself with a magnifying mirror two days later, this after he went on about how good I took care of it. And the cloying, disingenuous compliments were rehearsed and annoying.

Dr. Dickersons office was great beyond my expectations!! Rated 5 stars all the way around..would have given more if possible..great experience every time...been all of 4 times and will continue to use him and his staff for all of my needs!! The first time I had Botox I had it with Dr. Dickerson..there was really nothing to it and he explained procedures very well..I loved the result...moved away to another state and wasn't so pleased..We have only been back in Fayetteville for a month before I called Dr. Dickersons office for another Botox treatment,..at that time I scheduled a micro chem peel and I loved that as well...I have another appt for a massage and another micro chem peel in a few days...Staff is caring and great!
