I had pain in my breasts and was asked to meet with a surgeon who was "just upstairs" in the same building. That surgeon was Dr. Hamawy. I went in there merely to ask questions and left there knowing that what I wanted was attainable and a soon-to-be dream come true. Dr. Hamawy is a kind man with a great smile. Do not let that fool you - he is more than that. He is extremely bright, patient and approachable. He knows what he is doing and he did a stellar job (beyond stellar). I would highly advise anyone who is considering this kind of surgery to reach out to him. I never felt like a number in his schedule or planner. I felt like a woman who needed a surgery who also needed some reassurance at times. He exceeded any expectations as I had because quite honestly, I just really needed this done. His work ethic and personality is a bonus. I suppose really, after writing the above, I ought to say that this is a doctor who has helped me find who I am now. It's a gift I can not describe in a review but trust me on that. What an honor.

I had Breast reduction surgery with Dr. Adam Hamawy May 3rd, 2012. From my initial consultation with him I knew I would be getting my surgery with him. He is very professional and caring. From the time I arrived at the hospital to my follow-up visits, I can only say that Dr. Hamawy and his staff are fantastic! I am extremely pleased with my results. My scars are barely noticible and I have healed nicely. The outcome of my reduction was very positive.That means I was in the hands of an excellent surgeon! Thank you Dr. Hamawy! You have made an absolute difference in my life!

I research via website from my healthcare provider. I wanted to see the 10 top plastic surgeons and viewed the edcational status. I was impressed with his medical background...He was a doctor in the army and has other very important information that people can view from the health care provider.

Very professional, bedside manner is impeccable! Makes patients feel very comfortable, and explains everything thoroughly. I had a question in between appointments, sent him an email and received a response within the hour. My husbands thoughts after meeting him; "he's very calm"Updated on 25 Jul 2012:He is overall excellent, the most professional doctor I have ever been a patient for. If you feel uncomfortable being completely naked in front of other people, this is the doctor for you, he will never make you feel or give you a judgmental eye. I chose Dr. Hamawy after having met with another surgeon; I also read several reviews and every bio available on the internet. I was impressed with his years in the service as well as the reasons for his practice; my first visit exceeded all expectations that I had read.

Dr Hamawy was great. He is easy to talk to and was genuinely interested in my well being. He was very patient and took all the time I needed to be comfortable to decide what I needed to do. Now I am happy I went to him and love my results. I would definitely go to him again if I need anything else done.

Dr. Hamawy is a good and thorough doctor and that is why I chose him for my procedure. He genuinely cares about his patients and spends the right amount of time to ensure the patient's needs are being met.
