Intent on avoiding a traditional, invasive neck lift, over several years, I had tried other measures with Dr. Z. Paul Lorenc to address a badly sagging neck and jawline. I went to Dr Lorenc..best and only doctor I'd let do anything to my face or body. I heard about a new procedure called THERMIthight. I had noticed my lower face sagging over the last year but wasn't ready to do anything surgical. I have had different fillers injected to help lift my cheeks back up to where they once were but nothing has really helped my jowls. I was afraid of putting in too much filler and looking freaky but I also didn't want to look older than I was. I was stumped. Then I consulted Dr. Lorenc and he suggested the Silhouette Lift.  It only required a local block (the same as I've had with fillers) and took about 30 minutes. Dr Lorenc has been my plastic surgeon for many years. I have been seeing him for Botox injections and also for lip injections. Dr Lorenc develops a relationship with his patients that feels like I am visiting an old friend or a distant family relative and this is a very warm environment. I always liked that feeling when going for my visits there it made me feel very comfortable last year I expressed how all of a sudden I noticed in photos my fave has aged and I was not happy. Dr Lorenc suggested a Face Lift surgery and I scheduled and had it done. It was so much easier than I thought it would have been his staff took such care of me and the private duty nurses were equally as good. I stayed in nyc for 2 nights at a hotel. Dr Lorenc and his staff were wonderful and I had a great recovery was back to work a week later with makeup. I was so happy I told everyone what I did!:) it is a year now and I feel and look so good I recommend to anyone thinking of getting a refresher to do it and don't overthink it. Dr Lorenc is a very special type of Dr that you often don't see anymore. He makes you feel that you are the most important patient he has when he's with you. He does not rush any of your appointments and makes sure you totally understand the procedure. He answers every question you have and instills a confidence that you are in the best possible hands. He is an artisan beyond belief. His work is amazing. I'd recommend him to everyone.

It s 7 weeks since my Tummy tuck and Lipo and for the most part I am standing upright however there still tightness swelling and plugging in the stomach area my scarring looks wonderful when I walk too much it appears that the stomach swells more I am 51 years old and it wasn't until 5 1/2 weeks that I was able to stand up right it's hard on the back to walk but I just keep pushing it's a slow process and I'm waiting for the final result I can tell the difference and I like what I see if you are still swollen not walking up right I would say don't worry about it although they're saying two weeks it took me way more than two weeks let your body take his cords and you do all that you can but don't be concerned because you have those people full body heals faster and like I said I'm 51 and its taking me awhile it's a slow process but I believe I'm going to love the outcome

I was sent to Dr. Lorenc after a botched Botox and filler appointment had set in. After 2 weeks of walking around with what looked like a lazy eye and uneven lips and Botox I finally went to his office. What a throuogh skin exam! Not only is the office prestine and the staff amazing, the doctor is probably one of the most educated and talented injectors in the WORLD! I will NEVER go to anyone else after seeing Dr. Lorenc. He completely and painlessly evened out my face! He saved me from looking horrible and actually made me look amazing! I left with confidence and my sparkle!
