Q: How long will a collagen injection last?

A:

Collagen is currently being phased out of the market as the new hyaluronic acid fillers are becoming more popular. Collagen injections to the lips typically last 4-6 months while the hyaluronic acid based fillers last twice as long. Collagen is sold thru Allergan. It comes in two variates Zyderm and Zyplast.
