Dr. Donald Roland is a very sweet attentive doctor. He and his staff make sure you’re comfortable and happy. His work on my tummy tuck was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done.

Ever since I was a teenager I struggled with my breast. I was overweight and dropped about 70 pounds in just one year with diet and exercise. I am the kind of person that when I loose weight I lose everything. I was able to keep my body tight but my breast dropped considerably from a D cup to a small B cup. My breast bothered me so much that I felt uncomfortable getting naked in fornt of my husband. After two pregnancies I was able to loose the baby weight and keep my body tight but my breast just became saggier, smaller and emptier. I tried to accept myself the way I was and my husband never told me that I looked bad without clothes, but within me there was that disconfort. I took the decision to undergo a breast augmentation. Dr. Roland was the first doctor I visited and the same day I decided that he was going to be my plastic surgeon. The first impression always matters. The staff is friendly, funny, and willing to help and answer your questions. I called many times and asked many questions and not even once I got an attitude. This is huge for me since I cannot deal with bad customer service. Dr. Roland is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. He recommended a breast augmentation with a lift around the nipple. Even though I had small breast they were too saggy. The lift made my nipple look very round and pretty and it doesn't look like I have a scar. He helped me choose the best implant size and allowed me to try on different shirts that I normally wear so that I could make the best decision of how I wanted to look. He also explained the differences between implants and the benefits and risks. The day of the surgery I felt nervous which is normal but very confident. I received Dr. Roland's personal cell phone number to calm him if I had any questions or concerns after office hours. He showed me how to do proper massages to make my breast soft and avoid capsular contractions. I don't have enough words to say how greatful I am to Dr. Roland and also his staff for the great experience and excellent treatment I received. If you are considering a plastic surgeon this is the doctor to go to.

It was a great experience and overall amazed with my procedure. He was a great doctor, very informative with the procedure. I had a breast reduction (34DD was my previous size before surgery) done by him and he did wonderful. I'm extremely happy with my results, I would definitely recommend to a friend to anyone !

I went to Dr. Roland back in May and immediately I felt comfortable with him. I had a tummy tuck June 22, 2017 and I am so happy with the results. I have done everything he has told me to do and the healing process as of now has been a success. Would definetely recommend Dr. Roland. Wouldn't trust any other doctor.

I feel confident with dr roland , I went for a consultation for breast argumentation , I told him that I dont want big breast and he did a nice a natural procedure nobady can notice that have silicon implants 375cc , nice staff , spanish speaking plus, the dr answer all my question and fears.

I was treated very kindly and the nurses and doctors made sure to give me proper care and instructions before during and after the procedure. Dr. Roland prioritized my health and bi-weekly checkups. This was a great experience for me over all especially being precautious since it was a breast implant renewal.

I had considered breast lift/reduction for a very long time. I am a 25 year old female and had wanted to lift and reduce my breasts ever since I developed. One breast was significantly larger than the other and both appeared very droopy. I always felt that even though I was young, I felt that my breasts were much older looking. I have looked into this procedure time and time again and went to a few consultations but never decided to go through with it. With a wedding coming up, I decided to look into it again. I found Dr. Donald Roland and immediately felt that he was the right person to help. He made sure that all of my questions were answered during my consultations and follow ups, and even after I left the appointments and would call back with more. A large reason that it took me so long to go through with the procedure was because of my great fear of surgery (I had never had it and was pretty terrified). The morning of surgery with my fears and nerves, Dr. Roland spent extra time with me to calm me down, and never lost his patience with me for a second (even when I started to cry). He was extremely comforting and soothing, like nothing I had ever experienced before. After the procedure and recovering at home, he would call personally to make sure that everything was going alright and to allow me to ask anymore questions, if I had any (of course I did). The pain was much less than I had expected as Dr. Roland I followed Dr. Roland's post op instructions. As I began to heal and continue to heal, the scars are hardly visible (and it has only been a few months!!!) and the shape is everything I could have hoped for. The whole experience from Dr. Roland's bedside manner to the procedure itself to the healing process, couldn't have been more perfect for me. Since the procedure, I am much more confident and very happy with the results. I am very lucky to have come across Dr. Roland.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my breast. I am the happiest I've ever been. Doctor Roland gave me life again. I finally have normal breast again. After three years of suffering. I am grateful he took my case. He's amazing, always available to answer questions before and after surgery. Love my results. Roland was the first doctor I came to see when I decided to have a breast reduction. I wasn't happy about having my breast sag. At the age of 21 I came to his office and had my consultation. I decided to go to a foreign country, to my motherland Dominican Republic because it was way cheaper. I regretted everyday. Everything I've spent in flights and surgeries might as well stuck to my gut feeling.

Mother of two kids, breasts just growing larger and heavier as the time was passing. I was uncomfortable and worried that as I get older I simply wouldn't be able to hold them up anymore.
