New Lower Blepharoplasty and Cheek Lift Technique

Dr. Schiller has created his own technique for extended lower eyelid blepharoplasty and midface or cheek lift. Standard lower eyelid surgery only removes fat and skin, but leaves the hollow between the eyelid and cheek. It is this hollow or groove that makes us look tired or sad.
