She was featured in New Beauty, and she comes across very perky and friendly, but eventually you realize that she's all about the up-sell and finding ways to pad your bill. When I went to pay my bill at the end of my appointment, there was an extra $315 charge for a Fraxel consultation!! Note, I didn't book a Fraxel consultation, nor would I have agreed to pay for a Fraxel consultation if that had been proposed to me, but they had already charged it to my credit card and they refused to take it off! Absolutely outrageous

I still go to this provider for Botox, Restalyne and Juvederm. Will not let her use lasers on me again.
